Her advice to patients is: Prevention is the key to dentistry, bring your children in for their happy visits early on so that we can build a trusting relationship and keep those chompers clean and healthy.
Shirin lives in Virginia and earned an Associate of Applied Science degree from Northern Virginia Community College. Her favorite part of being a hygienist is working with patients to achieve optimal oral health and help create beautiful smiles.
Michelle Kaszas has been in the dental field since 2003 and practicing as a Dental Hygienist since 2006. Originally from Panama, she attended Florida State University where she received her Bachelors Degree in Dental Hygiene. She currently lives in Old Town, VA.
Michelle says that the best part of her job is the people, their stories, and experiences. I learn a lot from the patients. I have the pleasure of connecting with a vast array of people from different walks of life. Knowing them makes me a better person. My hope is that I help to better their lives in some way too. I love to make people laugh. Id like to think that I help to make the dental experience better for the people I treat.
Jenny is a recent college graduate who earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from James Madison University. She hopes to attend dental school in the near future and become a dentist one day.

I trust Dr. Peretz and his team who were responsive to my concerns. He uses the latest treatment methods. Free parking was available in their garage with a call to their office, and there was little waiting for my turn 'in the dentist chair'. His location south of Georgetown University is easily accessible from both VA and DC. Since supply chains affect all businesses, it's always wise to compare prices, insurance coverage and dental discount plans.

I had a crown done in 2020 that I now need replaced, and which he told me looked "perfect" at the time. I understand doing a crown is not simple, but I noticed afterwards that there was a gap between the crown and the next tooth. I wish he had inspected it closer and let me know instead of me having to learn this from a different dentist.

I could probably find a dental office that is more convenient, but I keep coming back to Georgetown Smile because of Dr. Pretz and his staff. Everyone is super nice and highly professional. They always provide excellent customer service. I will continue to refer people to Georgetown Smile!

This is a very good practice--the office staff, the technicians and especially the dentist himself are excellent and I always enjoy visiting there - I'm hoping to have work done there in the future and I thank the doctor for his skill and caring I have been going to this practice since I think 2010 and I'm never disappointed.
