We had our first visit here and our kids had a great experience! They were full of smiles the whole time. From the front desk to the dentist, everyone was kind and informative. We will definitely be back with our 4 and 5 year olds future check ups.

THE BEST pediatric dentistry ever!!! From the moment you walk into the office you are greeted with open smiles and they take such good care of the kids and make sure they feel very comfortable so they can't wait to come back again and my girls can't wait to come back to the dentist!

The staff at GPDO always makes us feel like we're VIP status . The front desk is always helpful and efficient - especially Abi! Miranda and Denise are our favorite RDA's. They are so gentle and thorough with my daughters cleaning. Dr. Travis is always pleasant and attentive during visits. We love this office!

My daughter's retainer had a crack in it and they not only replaced it they also stayed late making a new one so we wouldn't have to drive back the following day. I really appreciated the care that we received and how they went above what was necessary to care for us.

Pleasantly surprised with the place. Staff was very friendly, everything was clean and the playroom there was very fun for the kids. The baloons and stickers at the end was great little gift for them to bring home. Kids had a good experience. Highly reccomend the place!

My son had to come here due to a dental issue that needed to be fixed due to his other dentist wasn't able to do the procedure. We LOVED it here and Dr. Lisa Jacob was AMAZING. She was very kind and outspoken. She let me know everything that was going to happen etc. Very knowledgeable. she's a 5 star doctor. LOVED the play room but unfortunately my son wasn't able to play due to being in a stroller and wasn't able to walk after he had legs surgery. It was cute, clean and definitely kid friendly. Building was clean,organized, professional. The rooms were small but comfy. Parking was a little horrendous especially on a small hill but it was closest to the door and with a stroller and surgery patient, it was convenient to be by the door. Anyways 5 star for this location 4 star for the lack of accepting new patients. Unfortunately I had to give 4 stars because I feel they are never accepting new patients. I would really love for my kids to be able to come here but unfortunately we can't until they start accepting new patients again. I hope they start accepting soon because I would definitely bring my kids here.

We have always had the best experience at Georgetown Pediatric Dentistry! Shoutout to Jessica for an easy check in/out, Ariana for easing the nerves of my nervous teen, and an awesome in the chair experience from Krystal and Dr Lisa! All while my three little ones stayed occupied in the play area!

I cannot say enough good things about this business. Both of my children have had cleanings, dental procedures and now orthodontics over the last year or so. Every single employee we have come into contact with has been friendly and professional. They relate to my kiddos and put their minds at ease. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, even at what seems to be their busiest times.

The team at Georgetown Pediatric Dentistry did an amazing job today. Jessica, Stefanny, and Dr. Havard saw my son right on time, made him feel comfortable for his x-rays, and even explained to him in great detail every step involved with his brace's process. The timeliness, and professional manner from the team was excellent. It is a great place for children's dental needs. John Wade

Everyone was very welcoming and sweet. They were really patient with my son who was super shy. The kids play area while we wait was very cute and great to keep them busy while we wait our turn (yet horrible because he wanted to go back and play some more after his appointment haha). They even had small rooms to go in and check him out when he didn't want to cooperate and sit down at the dentist patient chairs. First time experience was really great and everyone was very informative on his care. Thank you so much.

Thank you for caring for Jaxon so graciously. He was scared because of not knowing was going to happen, but the Nurse settled him right down and he had a fun time. He told his PaPa, that Dr. Jacob was so nice, she didn't even hurt me!!! So we will be back!!!! Thanks to everyone, we walked in and were immediately welcomed and made to feel comfortable. The play area was so beautiful and Jaxon was having fun with the strob light!!!!!

I already have 1 child with braces, today we have dates and plans to start orthodontics on my 2nd child. I trust and love this location so much that when the time comes for my 3rd to need orthodontic work I know exactly where we will continue to go. The Orthodontist, Dentist, assistants, front office, billing, and the entire staff is amazing!

We live out of state and were in town when discovered the office due to a dental emergency with my almost 2 year old on a Sunday. I spoke to Dr. Travis on Sunday about it and was able to get us in the next morning. Dr. Travis did a great job! He has a great calming demeanor and was great with my son. The staff did a great job also. The front office staff communicated well about cost and getting what they needed before the appointment via phone and after the appointment. The assistants were caring and friendly. The office is very nice also. The play area in the waiting area was big and clean. I was able to let my kid run around and play without worry as the play area has a door. The projection game nook was really cool too! Highly recommend this office. (I work in dental and was very impressed)

The staff are always caring and professional. My daughter has cognitive and physical disabilities and the staff are always very gentle with her and take the time to explain what they are doing and why. She loves the people there!
