Had a tooth pulled and ended up with dry socket .when I called the office I was informed that the Dr was out sick .The girls in the office could not have been more helpful and kind. They had me come into the office and his nurses took very good care of me. I an so grateful to them if you have ever had that problem you know how painful it is . They were kind and caring I can't say enough good things about them thankyou.

To some this may seem to early to leave a review as my appointment was earlier today 07/21@1pm for all top extractions and immediate dentures installed. I feel its the perfect time while my memory is still fresh of the details of today. The front of the office staff are amazing they were nothing but kind to me and when I say I was nervous, terrified and borderline of an anxiety attack I mean that. I cried I cussed, I made awful jokes out of fear and anxiety but not ONCE was I treated horrible by the front Staff. Now when I was taken back to start my gas mask and my Iv there was two ladies with me one younger lady who said she hasn't been there long but was very kind and let me gamble and cry more but on the other hand the older lady was not. She seemed aggravated with me and anything I had to say and that was upsetting due to the situation I was in. Compassion means everything especially to those sweating and literally panicking. I woke up from Sedation and I really was not awake but 5 minutes and the oxygen reader and iv was already being taken off/out by this older lady. She was not kind to me at all. I was not awake for 10 minutes even and then helped into a wheel chair and Wheeled out to my vehicle with my fiance waiting. I was expecting to see the oral surgeon to ask how I felt and if they felt comfortable and all of that and NOTHING. During my Consultation I had high hopes and was not nervous and felt at ease but today was a different experience and it was one that left a bad taste in my mouth literally. I felt that was very unprofessional and like i was dismissed as a patient who had just underwent an extreme procedure. Please do better by those in need and choosing you to give them care, don't forget compassion.

I would not recommend this office to anyone. The office staff making and confirming appointments are not very friendly at all. They make you feel like you are bothering them by using them for your services. They also do not go out of the way for their clients. We got referred to them from our family dentist and made them give us a reference for another office. Since the beginning when I made the first appointment, they were rude. I am not sure about the doctor because we didn't make it that far. However, I would suggest them changing the office staff attitudes. They are the face of the company and it make a bad impression.

100% agree with the Mr Sanchez. The staff that answers the phone are awful. I was laughed at this morning on the phone. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Good experience starts with the first experience and mine have been everything but good.

Very Professional and Extremely Helpful although some of the staff was rushing and rude. I was told that I had been called twice, but my cell phone went straight to voicemail and I hadn't received any call whatsoever. The Doctor that was present was extremely helpful and patient and made accommodations for my help. They also are very affordable and I would suggest this place if cost is an issue for you. I have two fears in this life.. That is God and I am afraid of the dentist or doctors office. They were very professional to adults, very helpful, careful, and heart-felt with kids. They will definitely take care of you. Just be prepared when you arrive. I am an adult and afraid of the dentist.

Good place to go if you're okay with your HIPPA rights being violated & personal information getting out like it's a hot topic. Or made to feel like you're an addict by asking for pain medicines after a procedure. And don't bother addressing any concerns you have with a staff member because none of them care.

if you are having a child being sedated for extractions i dont highly recommend this place. The staff seem indifferent and the overall vibe of staff and Dr Henderson are quite cold and not very warm and caring (although they try to "act" like they care). Dr. Henderson didnt seem very happy to answer my questions about administered drugs that are used for sedation. Although he did answer my questions it did not come without a feeling of resistance. When a patient has an oral surgery a signs a consent that says doctor is not liable if negative effects occur, i think doctor should be open to freely and humbly answer all questions. We should not have to "walk by faith" when it concerns physicians especially since if something goes wrong the physician is not held liable. The patient takes all the risk so the physician should be more than happy to answer all critical questions especially when it comes to their children. I would recommend Donald McLaurin/Oral and Maxilofacial Surgery Center because they seem that they truly care.
