Was able to get an appointment quickly for pain in a tooth. Excellent care and service. Explained what issues were and what care is needed to correct the problem. Very satisfied with the care and service I received.

First time visit. Great team. Super-friendly. Excellent cleaning. Lots of good information to take home. Added an extra cleaning for 2023. I had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby though. Hoping that was just a one-off and doesn't continue. I'd like to give 5-stars next time. But, Georgetown Family Dentistry is one of the few places that offer Saturday appointments. Highly recommend.

Time had come for me to visit a dentist, and I picked GFD because it's the closest to my house. Dental appointments are my least favorite, and I'm sure many of you reading this can relate! Yet this experience was amazing. Phyllis was an incredible specialist who thoroughly explained each step before execution. This technique is incredibly important for nervous patients, and can reduce the anxiety by at least 93%. In addition to that, all the documents I had to submit prior to my appointment were actually looked at. Can you believe it!? They knew exactly what I said on all the forms and had adjusted their procedures based on my needs. This absolutely blew my mind. It's like they did a case study about me before I even got there to prevent asking me a thousand questions that I've already answered by filling out the paperwork. Very meticulous staff with great attention to detail. Seemed to be extremely knowledgeable. Overall, super grateful for the great experience. Didn't think it would be that easy to find a solid place that cares about their patients. Looking forward to building trust with this business!
