Julie attended CareerLine Tech Center for her dental assisting degree. She has been a chair side dental assistant for over 18 years eight of those at GDP! Julie loves her job because of the variety of things she does on a daily basis and because she loves her great co-workers. When not at GDP, Julie loves spending time with her husband of 20 years and their three boys (Jake, Austin and Levi), bargain hunting at Goodwill and spending time with her BFF Robin.
Tracy studied at CareerLine Tech Center and has been assisting for 11 years. She loves working at GDP because she likes helping her patients and loves her GDP team. Tracy is married and has two children, Grace and Liam. Tracy and her family enjoy spending time outdoors and going camping.
Julie joined our team in June of 2014. She attended Career line Tech Center for her dental assisting degree and has worked as a dental assistant for over 20 years. Julie loves her job because she loves meeting new people and loves her amazing coworkers! Julie enjoys spending time with her four children, going to the beach and working out.
Tamara has been in the dental field for 30 years and has served in several capacities at GDP. Tamara enjoys her job because she absolutely loves our great patients and her awesome coworkers! GDP loves Tamara because of her amazing energy and upbeat personality! On the weekends, Tamara loves spending time her husband and their three amazing kids. They love to go boating in the summer and love to cheer on the MSU Spartans!
Gretchen has been a hard-working hygienist at GDP for over 10 years. We love Gretchen's friendly smile and sweet patient care. Gretchen's favorite part about working at GDP is building relationships with her patients and contributing to their healthy smiles. When not working Gretchen loves spending time with her husband and 4 kids.
Julie graduated with her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene from Grand Rapids Community College in 1996 and has been working with GDP for 17 years. Julie loves helping people and finds enjoyment in providing valuable services while establishing trusting relationships with her patients. When not cleaning teeth, Julie loves being with her family. Her favorite season is summer when they often boat, camp and cheer for the Detroit Tigers!
Hailey is the newest member of our hygiene team! Hailey received her Associates Degree from Grand Rapids Community college and is a registered dental hygienist. Hailey's hard working, positive attitude is a great addition to our GDP team. When not at GDP, Hailey loves spending time with her husband, Andy and their German Shepard, Titan.
Kelly comes to us with over 20 years dental experience as a front desk and insurance specialist. Kelly's vast knowledge on insurance and procedures helps GDP enormously. In her spare time Kelly loves to work out and spend time with her husband and two girls!
Nichole is the newest member to our fantastic GDP team! You will see her beautiful, friendly smile when you check-in or check-out of our office! When Nichole isn't at work she loves spending time with her husband, Kyle, and their families.
Katie has been in the dental field for 7 years and also brings with her four years of marketing experience with the West Michigan Whitecaps. Katie loves being back in West Michigan after living in Germany and Texas with her husband, who was in the US Army. When not working, Katie loves working out at Crossfit Grand Rapids and spending time with her husband and their three boys!

I went to this dentist just to get my cleaning etc. My main dentist is across state so I go to him when I need procedures done because it's a drive. Well I was going to this dentist for a few years just getting cleaning an had a few cavities which is very uncommon for me. My last time going to them they stated I had 7 cavities!! Which was very triggering because ive only had 2 my whole life an now all the sudden going to this dentistry im getting them every visit? Something wasn't adding up so I went to my main dentist across state an found out I had no cavities an they gave me cavities in teeth I didn't even need them ! Do NOT trust this place. They are just trying to get money off of you !

Been going here for several years now, moved away from the area but I will continue to go here. The staff is very polite and they do not waste your time. They do an excellent job. Highly recommend!

Dr. Z is gentle and concerned about your comfort and making sure your pain number is zero. And Carrie, my dental hygienist, is thorough and gentle. And most importantly right now, the COVID procedures in the office made me very comfortable.

Go see Dr. Z at this office!!! Dr. Z. and every hygienist and tech I have seen there have been amazing and always make sure my teeth are well taken care of and tell me to come back if I have any problems. Only see Dr. Deters if want a more old school (more painful) dentist. She left me in a lot of pain because of fillings that were not done right and had to be re-done by Dr. Z. Sorry to leave a bad word for Dr. Deters' care but the rest of the staff is great. Book your appt with Dr. Z and you can't go wrong!!!

We had a wonderful experience! They were able to arrange for my daughter and I to be seen at the same time. They were prompt and were very direct and gentle during the whole time we were there. Dr Deters was so kind and explained things very well.

Everyone is always so friendly and likes to make small talk with you while cleaning. It definitely eases my anxiety. I have known Dr. Z for a long time, since our moms live right next door to each other, and I know that she always has my best interest in mind.

The actual visit was fine however they kept talking about how they don't want to sell you things and they aren't in for the money, but when I called to ensure they took my insurance when making the appointment they said yes. Now I have to pay out of network costs because they actually don't take my insurance. It would have been nice to know. Clearly won't be coming back.

Georgetown Dental Professionals is THE BEST dentist office around bar none!! The Georgetown Hotties are always top rate every visit!! Always a pleasant experience no matter what I'm in for!! Try them and you won't have a regret except that you didn't go there sooner!!
