Dr. Cheong is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where he was awarded the Deans Scholarship. Following dental school, Dr. Cheong pursued postgraduate studies at Harvard University and received a Doctor of Medicine Science as well as a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Prosthodontics from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. In his years of practice, Dr. Cheong has believed in combining multidisciplinary expertise, dynamic communication, and mutual trust to deliver the best possible patient experience.
Dr. Cheong specializes in Cosmetic and Advanced Reconstructive dentistry. He has a particular interest in helping patients gain confidence by creating beautiful smiles. He has extensive experience in all-ceramic veneers and crowns, as well as computer-assisted implant placement and restorations. Using the most advanced technology and digital dentistry, Dr. Cheong is committed to providing the least invasive and most precise procedures available.
Dr. Cheong is currently a clinical instructor, lecturer, and course director at Harvard School of Dental Medicine Advanced Graduate Education in Prosthodontics. He currently serves as a ADA Standards on Dental Products Committee Chair (Working Group 9.71 on CAD/CAM Implant Abutments). Dr. Cheong is a member and leader in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the American Equilibration Society, the American College of Prosthodontists, and the American Dental Association.
Dr. Hill attended the University of Illinois Dental School, receiving a B.S. and D.D.S. degree, as well as awards in clinical excellence. He is a member of many professional organizations and societies including: The American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society, The American Academy of Restorative Dentistry, The American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics, A Fellow of the International College of Dentistry, and A Fellow of the American College of Dentistry.
He was a member of the American Dental Association Conference on Practice Parameters. He served as an instructor at Harvard School of Dental Medicine Advanced Graduate Education in Prosthodontics, and a guest lecturer for the University of Boston School of Dental Medicine Implant Post-Doctoral Program.
Walk into our lobby where you will be greeted by our friendly staff. Your initial dental exam will take around one hour. The experienced staff at Georgetown Dental Partners will ask you questions, get to know your oral hygiene routine, and listen to your health concerns. We believe in educating patients and empowering them to make good choices to improve their oral health. We will demonstrate how to properly care for your teeth and make additional suggestions as needed. Our dental hygienist will clean your teeth then Dr. Cheong will complete your examination and make recommendations for proposed dental treatments.
