We love everyone at GT Dental! The front staff is friendly and proficient at check-ins, check-outs, billing questions and scheduling. All the hygenists are amazing at cleaning teeth. I have five children that are seen here as well and even they don't mind going in to have their teeth cleaned. The dental assistants are knowledgeable, thorough and very kind. My children and I have all seen Dr. Marabella and we all LOVE her. She recently performed back to back wisdom teeth extractions on my two teenagers and handled my son having a slight reaction to the sedation medication like a total professional. Both teenagers healed nicely with NO complications. Thank you, Dr. Marabella and staff!

I have been a patient of Dr. Maribella at Georgetown Dental for a few years now and have always been happy with both her and the entire staff. Dr. Mirabella is a perfectionist, case in point: A while back I had to have a crown on a back molar. When I went in to have the crown put in Dr. Mirabella said she wasn't happy with the shade of the crown, she thought it was too light and didn't match the rest of my teeth. I couldn't tell the difference, to me it looked fine, besides it was in the back not visible unless I had my mouth wide open and someone was actually looking for it! But she wasn't satisfied, sent it back and replaced it with one she said was a perfect match! Over time, I have found that being a perfectionist was not a one time thing, rather, it is indicative of the way Dr. Mirabella approaches her profession.

The dentist who owns the clinic seems nice. I have no idea how good he is at his job because every time I needed to have something done the other dentist was the only one who could do it. With no problems at all I went in for my first cleaning and after paying out of pocket for a crown that should never have been placed, I had to go somewhere else to get a root canal that couldn't be done because the tooth was already too far gone. The clinic sweetly agreed to pull my tooth for free - hah! and then did nothing to keep me from having a dry socket! I paid them a lot of $ and all I got was a great deal of pain and suffering and the loss of a permanent tooth. Thanks for nothing. Just think you might want to know that the dentists both contributed to a horrific experience. My son had a couple of cleanings and nothing else. We both liked the hygienists at the clinic. Our NEW Dentist found 12 cavities within 6 months of his last cleaning at GT Dental Clinic. Food for thought.

This is by far the worse dentist I have ever been to. First of all, I had my wisdom teeth taken out by them and I could literally feel everything. I started crying and the nurse got mad at me for not telling them that I felt everything, as if I could speak when I have teeth getting yanked out of my mouth!! Second of all, the dentist told me I had multiple cavities. I thought it was fishy since I have never had a cavity my entire life, but I decided to trust them since they should know what they're talking about. However, when I switched over to my new dentist, they told me I don't have any!!! Are you guys really that desperate for money to lie to patients? (Not to mention, the dentist was literally watching TV while she was doing a filling for one of my supposed "cavities." I'm not talking a quick glance; I'm talking staring at the tv with dentist instruments in my mouth and moving them around.) The appointments always felt rushed and I felt like dollar signs to be honest. I'm literally the furthest person from wanting to be bff's with my dentist, but being referred to as "her" and "she," as if I'm not even there even though I am, is pretty sad. Maybe other people have had good experiences but I only have had bad experiences. I'm not even the type to write reviews but they treated me so badly that I feel like the only thing I can do is warn people not to go.

Easily the best dentist I've ever had. Dental work is never pleasant, but I always look forward to and feel at ease during my visits with Dr. Maribella and my dental hygienist. Maribella is unlike any dentist I have ever had. She listens to me, is genuinely concerned about my dental health and my experience as a patient. I left my previous dentist of 10 years after Maribella went above and beyond to repair a tooth rather than replace it with a more expensive crown. She also helped my adult step-son after he developed a large cavity on the front of his tooth. She and her staff took into account his lack of insurance she was able to repair the tooth at a reasonable cost. Maribella's passion for her profession is evident during each visit and when developing a treatment plan. I have struggled with periodontal disease my entire life. Only after seeing Maribella after leaving my previous dentist did she refer me to a specialist to address the underlying issues. She has continued to work with my periodontist to maintain the dental health they were able to achieve. My last visit was a good example of her care for her patients. I had an old filling that needed to be replaced before I lost my dental insurance. Maribella got me in quickly staying late to replace the filling. My lifelong dread of the dentist is gone because of the continued care I have received at Georgetown Dental. It is out of the way for me, I live 33 miles south of Georgetown in South Austin, but maintaining a relationship with Maribella is worth the drive. I would highly recommend Georgetown Dental and especially Dr. Maribella.

I'm so grateful to Dr. Marabella and her staff for their professionalism and good care before, during and after extraction of two of my wisdom teeth. As a detail-oriented person and after having lived for 62 years, I had many questions about the procedure. All were answered openly and thoroughly. Please note that I was awake and alert during the entire process as I chose not to receive any form of 'calming agent'. I did ask for and quickly received a pillow for support of my lower back. I gave the go-ahead with but one request, "please, don't let it hurt"...and it really didn't. Sure, there was a little pinprick with the injection of a numbing agent; but, that was greatly minimized with prior use of a topical numbing agent. I was also encouraged to indicate by raising my left hand if at any time I felt anything sharp. I needed a wee bit more numbing agent and raised my hand. Dr. Marabella immediately stopped, numbed the area just the right amount and then proceeded. The whole process took less than an hour, including discussion of patient after-care directions. Dr. Marabella even gave me her cell phone number for contacting her directly should I have any problems or concerns. I'm now at home and recovering nicely. Folks, there's no reason to shy away from these professionals; rather, there's every reason to go to them for your dental needs.

Not sure what why the folks who had concerns didn't speak to the dentists before writing negative and unflattering reviews. I absolutely hate the dentist and never would have gone had I not cracked a tooth. I am thankful to have a friend who referred me to Dr. Maribella. She was INCREDIBLE!! She calmed me down tremendously. I usually take Valium before a dentist visit, but not with Dr. Holly. The staff is also very welcoming and professional. I moved in January from North Austin to Dripping Springs. It takes me close to an 1 1/2 hours to get there but it is worth the drive. Dr. Maribella is a great dentist, and I for one am grateful to have her in my life.
