Dr. Roxy first graduated dental school in 1995 from the University of Bucharest in Romania with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. She and her husband made Colorado Springs their home 20 years ago when he was hired as an electrical engineer for a Semiconductor Company and she started as a chair side dental assistant. Dr. Roxy then went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University Of Colorado School Of Dentistry and she founded Twin Dental, named for her twin daughters in March of 2007.
Dr. Roxy says, I am proud beyond words to be nominated as one of the Top Dentists in Colorado Springs. Her core values are reflected in the office motto: where patients come first. Striving to provide the best possible dental care Dr. Roxy attends numerous advanced dental education programs such as The Dawson Academy, Ultradent Elite Congress, Academy of General Dentistry, Colorado Prosthodontic Society and she is a member of the Springs Implant Study Club. Determined to give back to the community, Dr. Roxy participated a few years in the Colorado Mission of Mercy.

I experienced Romanian and Western European dentistry for the first 28 years of my life and I am grateful and honored to be practicing dentistry in the United States where the emphasis is placed on maintaining the best oral health and on creating beautiful smiles!
Jamie has lived in Colorado since she was 5 years old. She has worked in the medical field for 11 years as a medical assistant before changing careers and attending Everest College for dental insurance billing and coding. Since completing the degree, she has been in the dental field for 12 years and in the last 10 years has been Dr. Roxys office manager.
Jamie loves the outdoors, camping, hunting, and fishing. Together with her husband, they have two wonderful labs, a chocolate male and a yellow female that many have been seen in the office when they were puppies.
Tanya has been in dentistry for 17+ years. She obtained her Registered Dental Hygiene degree from Pueblo Community College in 2005 and has been practicing at this same office for close to 15 years. She has been practicing with Dr. Roxy since Twin Dental opened in 2009. Tanya loves getting to know her patients both on a professional and personal level. She is very enthusiastic about maintaining optimum health with the goal of preserving patients natural dentition. Tanya has lived in Colorado Springs since 1995. She is passionate about her faith, fitness, and travel. She enjoys spending time in the beautiful outdoors with her husband and two sons.
Karen started her dental career over 28 years ago. She first acquired an associate of Applied Science in Dental Assisting in 1992 as well as an Expanded Functions Dental Assisting Degree. After 20 years of dental assisting, Karens passion for dentistry inspired her to further her education and become a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2011. Karen has lived in Colorado Springs for a total of 18+ years and had joined Twin Dental in 2019. Karen has been married for 20+ years, has two boys active in soccer and rugby and 3 dogs. In her spare time you will find her on the soccer or rugby field, camping, traveling, skiing or baking.
Julie joined the practice in August of 2016 after moving from Mobile, Alabama where she assisted into her uncle dental practice for over 8 years. Julie has been an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant since she joined Twin Dental. Julie is married and has one teenage daughter. In her free time she enjoys volleyball, hiking, fitness, and reading.
After receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, Amy began her dental career as a chair-side assistant before graduating with a degree in Dental Hygiene from the Community College of Denver in 2008. Amy has been with Twin Dental for 4 years as a Dental Hygienist as well as a Front Office Assistant. Amy takes pride in her work and especially enjoys her time connecting with patients. Amy has a passion for overall health as it relates to oral health and the prevention of disease.
