I believe in authenticity when it comes to patient care. I genuinely care about my patients and creating for them a beautiful smile through exceptional orthodontic treatment. Each morning, I get up knowing that I am going to bring a smile to someones face that day. What could be better than that?

I was raised in a small town in Southern Oregon by a single mother. I have two brothers and a sisterand grew up in a blue-collar family, so I have an intimate understanding of the financial and personal challenges that facemany of the families in our community today.

We grew up with very little but we had a strong mother who valued education and hard work. If not for her and my grandmother, I would not be in the position I am in today. I have built my office around the values thatwereinstilled in meduring my upbringing and have created a variety of financial policies to accommodate the needs of the families we serve.

In addition, I was fortunate enough to be educated at one of the best dental schools and orthodontic programs in the United States. I have used my experiences and my education to create an office culture thats focused on purpose, exceptional care, and a kind, genuine atmosphere.

I am proud of the people who work for me because they enthusiastically embrace our office philosophy of trying to exceed our patientsexpectations and deliver excellence in every aspect of the patient experience. Whether it is handling a new patient call, resolving insurance issues, or delivering excellent patient care, it doesnt matter;they work hard to excel.

I began my college education at George Fox University on a soccer scholarship before having to discontinue my education due to financial reasons. Having to work, save, and persevere for my education provided me withappreciationand motivation to make the most of it.

Delivering great results throughorthodontic treatment is challenging. I work hard to get better at it day in and day out. It is a job that requires continued learning throughout your career, and I enjoy the challenge of learning new techniques and perfecting the trade.

I am a member of two study clubs thatmeetmonthly to discuss topics specific to different treatment modalities and new technological advances in the orthodontic field. Many dental issues require an approach that includes the expertise of multiple specialists as well as general dentists, and I have had the privilege of training under world-renowned lecturers and researchers on issues related to adult orthodontics and multidisciplinary treatment.

I am lucky to share my life with my wife Tameron, two childrenKarmichael and Piper, three dogs, and a variety of chickens and ducks. During my free time, I like to be with family and friends, play golf, ski, mountain bike, garden, and do CrossFit.

The dental assistants here are so rude! The ones at the everett locations are much nicer.

Dr. George is the best and his staff are amazing. He's helped with braces and fixed broken retainers over the years and every time I call for an appointment everyone's so friendly and helpful. The office is truly wonderful!!

Seriously wont work with our schedules. Staff isn't considerate at all. Why should we consider spending money with a company that wont work with families individually..

I was hesitant to get braces on at age 25. In fact, I was super embarrassed and not sure how I could financially afford it. Kathryn helped me set up a financial plan that actually seemed doable. Her and Dr. George gave me honest but respectful advice about how important it was to go through with braces to take care of my teeth. I was told my estimate for having them would be about 2 years. It's 28 months now and I still have them, but that's okay! Dr. George has told me almost every visit that my teeth are doing remarkably well, to keep it up, and he sees so much progress. He really is so kind, yet professional. I've never had any complaints about any of his wonderful staff. I am thankful that I went to him as my orthodontist. I will post a before and after once I get my braces removed soon!

Let me just start by saying Dr. George is wonderful. Thorough and thoughtful and sound in his treatment plans. His staff is fantastic. His offices are very well run. They maintain a very high standard of care. This was my first visit to his Snohomish office, and I found it just as pleasant an experience as at his Everett location; likewise rated 5 stars by Yours Truly. It's easy to see from the street, as the entry features large, elegant columns. The interior is aglow with near floor to ceiling windows and modern, natural wood accents. Parking is free. They have a small but adequate lot. We were able to find a spot easily even though the office was abuzz with patients. The waiting room moved briskly with no one I saw having to wait more than maybe 10 mins. I was registering a new patient and it only took me about 20 - pretty good if you ask me! Their prices are competitive and they accept lots of insurance plans, and even Provider One, albeit on a case by case basis. Best orthodontist in town, bar none. Update: If I had one critique of this office, and I do, it would be the temperature. It is the middle of summer and patients are dressed accordingly. But when you walk in here you are blasted with the sort of AC that should be reserved for very hot days at midday only. Literally every patient I saw (at least 15) were clutching their arms and shivering, especially the kids. For myself, I went home and changed. They keep it unreasonably, unseasonably cold in there.
