I went in for an oral surgery back in sept/Oct of 2021. I definitely do not recommend this place whatsoever, there are plenty of oral surgeons that can take better care of their patients without coming off as rude. Dealing with the staff is simply just a terrible experience. From the moment I inquired my problem, it just seemed that that all I was, was a monetary transaction and all they cared about was money, it didn't help in the years of them working there, they seem to be unfamiliar with their processes of working with outside labs that they work with and like to give their customers generic answers of "we don't know, that's separate." Which in reality now that I've been to other offices, businesses have an idea in which they can share with their customers. Nancy or Janet who works there was unacceptably rude and defensive every time a question was asked of her and on the phone gave such an unprofessional approach to me inquiring about certain questions . They never followed up with me after my procedure, which they said they would, and after calling back they never returned the call. They are very expensive, you can literally take your money elsewhere, where you can find find the quality of what customer service should look like and where they truly care for their patients. In my eyes you are just a transaction to them without the accountability of following up or caring for their patients. Don't be fooled by the pretty office they present... sometimes bc it's pretty doesn't mean you get the most humbling business. They come off pretentious, but they're pretty deceitful!

My daughter had her wisdom teeth pulled out a couple weeks ago and he did a great job. Her recovery was smooth for the most part. My recommendation is to have extra ice packs that fit the jawbra for recovery. We had extra ones and it was so helpful. The staff at Dr Maranon's office were excellent as well. Highly recommend!

Dr. George Maranon and his entire office are supremely professional, warm/kind and respectful of patients. Truly one of the best medical offices I have ever visited. Can't recommend highly enough!!

I was referred to Dr. Maranon by my dentist. My face has importance in my career and Dr Maranon's team member, Gloria immediately understood my need for specific scheduling and worked diligently to fit me in. Every single office member is professional, caring, and friendly. Surgery went very well with minimal downtime. Highly recommended.

I was referred to Dr. Maranon by my dentist. My son just turned 15 and he needed to pull out his 4 wisdoms for the invisalign treatment!he was very Nervous and I was even more! At first we hesitated even though Dr Maranon was highly recommended by everyone ! The moment we walked in the office , we knew that this was the right place , right Doctor., we liked everything and everyone, we like the clean office, the warm and friendly Nurses and Doctor, they were all caring and so professional ,and I knew that my son would be in a good hands , so we decided to comeback on the very next day for the surgery , Best decision ever made it! Dr Maranon and nurse were an amazing team , before and after the procedure! My son is a busy actor that needed to be working soon , and the recovery went super good and fast, he still can't believe how fast and great this went! Thanks Dr Maranon you are the best Dr ever! !!! We highly recommend you !!!!!!!

Dr. Maranon and his staff are fantastic! I was treated like family from the moment I walked in. They were very prompt, attentive, and caring throughout my visit. I was taken on short notice and I even flew in from out of state on an emergent basis and was taken right away. Dr. Maranon even calls from his home the night after your surgery to check that everything is going well, and it is very sweet of him to take time out of his day to do that. I would recommend him to anyone, any time, any day.

I was really nervous to have a tooth extracted for an upcoming invisalign. Dr. Maranon was amazing! His injection technique was painless. The whole procedure was painless. His staff was friendly and professional. I would recommend him as the number one choice for an oral surgeon to anyone.

Exceptional Service! Took me in on an emergency basis and I was taken in immediately. Tooth pulled right away and the staff were the most professional and extremely nice and thoughtful. State of the art surgery center and the utmost care provided. Can't say enough about this Office. Don't think twice when you need oral surgery.

Dr. Maranon and his staff are fantastic! I was treated like family from the moment I walked in. They were very prompt, attentive, and caring throughout my visit. This is the third time we have used Dr. Maranon over the course of about 6 years. This office requires you to pay up front, prior to surgery. That policy is fine. However, this time I have yet to receive reimbursement from our insurance company after more than 2 months because Dr. Maranon's billing office ordered the insurance reimbursement check to go to their office instead of to me directly. Their staff said "it was a mistake." The check finally arrived to their office today (after I followed up repeatedly) and what does she say? "I'll forward the check to the bookkeeper who processes checks twice a month and let you know when it's ready." Well, to hold on to my $1400 for 2 more weeks is unacceptable to me. When I asked for them to process the overpayment refund faster, she said "...I cannot promise you anything at this time" I find it terrible that their office has not apologized once for this and is not considering the client's position at all. Worst of all, I believe this same thing happened the first time we saw him. I don't have those records any longer or I would check. Dr. Maranon is a good surgeon, and we liked him. But we are left with the distinct feeling of greed.
