Dr. Faris is a native of Forest Grove and is committed to providing the best dental care possible to serve his patients. He has been serving the needs of our families, seniors, and individuals in western Washington County for over 30 years
A graduate of the University of Oregon Health Sciences University, School of Dentistry in 1986, Dr. Faris has the training and experience in every facet of modern dentistry from esthetic restorations, cosmetic smile design, and implant restoration. He is committed to helping you attain your optimum health and beautiful smile by listening to your needs and striving for perfection in a comfortable and caring atmosphere.
In addition to being a long standing member of the Oregon Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the Washington County Dental Society, Dr. Faris continues to contribute his time and expertise to Medical Teams International, Donated Dental Services, and the Senior Smile program. He is past president of the Forest Grove Rotary Club, an active member of his church and a volunteer at Habitat for Humanity, Forest Grove School District and local athletic organizations.
Jackie is our Dental Assistant. She has been with our practice for 26 years. She not only works in the back office but can fill in the front office if needed. In her free time she keeps busy with family and co-pilots their motorcycle.
Wendy RDH, graduated from Mt. Hood Community College with a degree in Dental Hygiene in 1979. Wendy has been working with Dr. Faris since 1994. Wendy and her husband, William, live on a working vineyard in Gaston. In her spare time, Wendy loves to garden and starts most of her own flowers from seed in her greenhouse.
Jacki joined the practice in April 2017 as our Scheduler/Financial Coordinator. She has worked in the dental field for over 30 years. She has also worked as a dental assistant and is Oral Radiology certified. In her free time she enjoys walking, cooking, and fishing with her husband.
FacilityWe are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
FinancialWe will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.

II had a tooth act up, & forgot about summer hours at Dr. Faris Dental office. I called the emergency only after hours phone # & Dr. Faris answered & said He was at the office. Long story - I was able to get relief, solutions, & referrals for my misbehaving molar. Dr. Faris & staff deserve 10 **** stars, but only allowed 5, they were acting after hours to bring releif to their patients.

We have the best dentist and staff in all of Washington County. Dr. Faris and his staff do all they can to accommodate us. Great chair side manners and very thorough. Prices are also very good. My husband and I have been going to Faris Dental for well over 20 years. Thanks again for the great service.

Dr. Faris is AMAZING!!! He is super professional, on time and honest. His staff, Jackie and Wendy, AMAZING!!! I miss getting my dental check ups by this office. He is the ONLY dentist I've ever trusted for my dental care needs and to be honest. I unfortunately have a dental insurance not accepted here but I will be returning soon! You guys are the BEST!!!!

I've been seeing Geoff since...forever. He, his staff and Wendy are always top notch, honest and cater to the needs of the patient. Yep...it doesn't hurt! Thanks so much for keeping my teeth in my head, despite my efforts earlier in life to have them fall out!
