Dr Geny Chan is big hearted & always shares her positive thinking attitude and encouragement. She is very clearly communicative and helpful; she is frank, but in a necessary, professional manner. My family & I have enjoyed her staff's manner and hard work for me over a dozen yrs now!

Contracted with Metlife but tries to charge out of pocket, will not provide any covered service. Want a porcelain crown? "no, buy this cerec cut crown from me for $700!!! I don't do any crowns covered by insurance", do not waste your time here.

The Dentist was very Detailed and Personable. The staff was friendly and professional. I called a few days ago and they were able to see me fast. Glad I found a new dentist!!! I'll return for my dental needs for sure

I was looking for dentist when I moved from Stockton to Fresno I had my dentist in Stockton since 16 years old then at 49 years old I went to white & bright dental well my experience there was terrible! Had to search again thank GOD I found Geny Chan she is awsome! Her whole dental staff very kind & no what there doing (x-ray) office staff are nice too! THANK YOU DR. GENY CHAN & DENTAL STAFF FOR TREATING ME WITH KINDNESS!

I love the fact that when you are in pain you can go to a place that can take that pain away.i do recommend anyone who has an issue or just want your teeth cleaned.fill free visit this place for all your dental needs.

Dr Geny Chan and her staff are a Five Star rating! Retired from the medical field myself, I'm impressed with their professionalism, clean office setting, great warmth, attention to detail, a great sense of humor, and caring they have!! Thank you all for a wonderful office experience!

I don't understand how this place has any good reviews. This office was the worst dental experience of my life. The dental assistants never know what they are doing and the dentist is constantly yelling and belittling them in front of patients. After my first visit she gave me a long list of work she said I needed done even though my previous dentist never mentioned any of it and new dentist said I didn't need. I believe she does unnecessary work depending on your insurance. Wait time is also very long.

They were so much nicer than the first place I went. There was no wait time. They are so friendly and helpful. I wish I could give them 10 stars. I HATE the dentist but they somehow made it a good experience.

So far so good... first visit for the usual check up. At first I thought they had overbooked people and got a little concerned. I tend to be prompt and will not wait long. Was taken to the xray room after 18 minutes - that is reasonable. Office is a tad bit noisy, but it is a happy interaction, which is good. Second visit went downhill quickly. In a flash I am told that I need "deep cleaning," which insurance does not cover and can easily approach $400. They are nuts... and the hygienists must on some bonus plan. With my previous dentist I would go for cleanings 3x per year, and never was told I needed deep cleaning. Same with the new dentist I go to... so something fishy is going on. I sent 3 other friends there, all got the same prognosis in their 1st visit! Yes... maybe one person needed deep cleaning, but his new periodontist has not mentioned it as of yet. Hold on to your wallet at this place! I mean really.... if you want to gouge people, be smart about it and worm your way slowly. Gain their confidence, do two or three cleanings, then tell them they need a deep cleaning of their bank account. :-D
