Dr. Elfar has been in the dental field for over a decade, starting as a dentist assistant in 2006. It was not long before he realized his passion for dentistry and his desire to help patients achieve comfort and leave with a smile on their face. In 2016, he obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine (formerly known as UMDNJ), a school known for its strong clinical program and rigorous requirements. During his time there, Dr. Elfar received the American College of Prosthodontics award for the highest clinical skills in restorative dentistry and graduated number one in his class at the end of his last year of dental school. After graduation and licensure, Dr. Elfar went into private practice where he quickly became astute in the private setting. Working in several different offices, he mastered new procedures and catered to patients of all ages, including patients with special needs. Dr. Elfar makes it a point in his practice that every patient of his is treated like his own family, with appropriate treatment planning as well as a warm and friendly atmosphere. In his spare time, Dr. Elfar is enjoying serving in his church and spending time with his family.
Dr. Johny is a compassionate dentist serving the community of Kearny, NJ. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of South Florida with a degree in Biomedical Sciences and then graduated from the University of Florida College of Dentistry. Dr. Johny is passionate in taking continued education courses in order to provide his patients with the most updated oral health education and the use of the most modern dental procedures and technologies.
Dr. Johny has a very honest and caring personality and loves to get to know his patients and enjoys developing a custom well-explained treatment for each of his patients in order to meet their dental needs and achieve the smiles they dream of. Dr. Johny believes in treating people the way that he would want to be treated.
Dr. Aida Eshak Dr. Aida Eshak has always been fascinated by Dentistry. While having her BS from a dental school in Egypt, she continued her education at Rutgers Dental School of Medicine. She then graduated and received her Doctorate degree and was on the Deans List as well. She completed her General Practice Residency (GPR) at Hackensack University Medical Center(HUMC) which provided advanced training in all aspects of the dental field.
Dr. Eshak is a member of the American Heart Association, Academy of General Dentistry and NJ Dental Association.Dr. Eshak provides restorative, root canals, cosmetic dentistry and tooth extractions. She treats her patients with great passion and respect and guides them through the diagnostic, cleaning and treatment phases with detail and open communication.
Anisia has devoted her time to caring for her patients and their overall dental hygiene care through regular cleanings and preventative tips on home dental care between visits. She believes that patient oral health leads to overall better health and wellness.

This office is so nice everyone answer all the question..form the begin of my appt to the end they made me feel at home!! Doc Eshak was so genlte juliana was the only asst to speak my laungae n help me though my appt. Jenn was super nice during the xray..Doc elfar place my implant w me not even anything!! The girls in the front explain n broke everything down to me n worked w me n payments!!! The office was fully stock w water coffee an super clean!! After they where done working on me they gave me a warm towel for my face!!

Ive been looking for a practice for a very long time that I felt comfortable and this was def it. especially the assistant Jen! explained everything to me and answered all of my questions!! ive had such a bad experience in the past with my dentist & this time im staying here for sure!!!

Literally got a root canal done and felt no discomfort!! Dr.Aida and her assistant Juliana were amazing !! The whole staff is so friendly and accommodating ! Absolutely loved this dentist !! Highly recommend

Let me start with I'm petrified of dentists. I went there with needing fillings and crowns. This people are the best. Very patient and gentle with me. Juliana was so so nice and loveable. She knew I was afraid and nervous, and she had so much patience with me. SHE WAS THE BEST. The dentist Dr.Nayroyz was awesome too. He made sure I was comfortable and was not in pain. I recommend this office to everyone . Especially if your afraid of the dentist.

I was scared to go to Genuine Smiles today because of a root canal treatment, in the end it was one of the quickest and best experiences thanks to Julijana and Dr Eshak. I would recommend this dentist to everyone!

Complete sexism is what this place is. If you are a women do not bother calling here take your business elsewhere. They only cater to single men. The place is completely filled with all women looking for something else in return. It's not okay. God forbid a women needs an appt they don't have anything until the next month. But if your a guy calling they will find a way to put you in the appt for the next day. This place needs to be investigated!

I LOVE this dental office! Let me start off by saying the dentist I was seeing previously was a nightmare. Coming to see Dr. Eshak I was very nervous as to how I would be treated but during my first appointment I was so relieved. Everyone at the front desk was extremely kind and never treated me in a nasty demeanor - I noticed the same for all patients who came after me. Dr Eshak was amazing I can't thank her enough for how gentle she was even after I told her I was scared of needles. She talked me through the procedures and often asked me how I was doing throughout the procedures. I've been there over the course of a month or so and every time I came back I was always excited! Today specifically I went in for a filling and then a teeth whitening session. Jenn explained the teeth whitening process very thoroughly and answered my questions before I even asked them! Thank you to everyone who has seen me during my multiple visits. It has been amazing to finally find a dentist who I absolutely love! I will always highly recommend Dr. Eshak forever! Thank you Dr!

I will like to start off by saying how polite and professional the staff is. I was able to get an appointment within the same week when I expressed my tooth pain. The Doctors and Jennifer who I believe is the Oral Surgeon Assistant took their time to explain to me the process and what will be the outcome of my procedure. Jennifer who was so supportive and attentive also followed up with me after my visit. I recommended this practice to my parents who are now patients as well. As I'm writing this all I can think about is looking forward to my next cleaning and check up.

Entao esperei que chamassem para mim, fazer outro em outra data. Nunca chamaram de volta, entao eu chamei depois acho que passado 3 semanas, e a secretaria portuguesa disse que iria falar com o staff. Chamou para mim e disse que eu teria que pagar TUDO de novo, (quase U$500 naquela epoca) porque ja tinha passado quase 1 mes. Eu fiquei super triste e chateada, nao esperava, sinceramente! ao menos 1 acordo ne? foi minha primeira vez la , todo trabalho eu paguei em dinheiro cash , nunca mais voltei, e espero nao facam isso com mais ninguem. Dou 1 estrela para poder publicar , nao valeu, nada humano e profissional . Sinto Muito.

Rating 3 stars because the dentist was really good with my kids as it was their first appointment ever, but the woman at the front desk is not helpful at all. Needed a letter for the school. The school did not have a form to fill out. She sweared they did. After contacting the school they confirmed they did not have one. I went back a second time and she continued to tell me no and ended with she would follow up with me. She never did. Sadly i will never bring my children back nor will i refer this place.

I'm someone who's never grown up with great teeth and has always denied a dentist visit because of past experience and fear of judgement. However, I can honestly say Genuine Smiles has absolutely changed my experience at the dentist. Every staff member I've encountered has been patient, easy-going, and competent. I especially want to acknowledge Dr. Eshak and Juliana as those two have made cavity fillings as comfortable of an experience as it could be. This is so much the case that I would be willing to travel further to see them if it came down to it. Thanks for all you do!!!
