Genuine Smiles provided the best dental care I've ever experienced in a long time. Dr. Josie is so kind and caring with her patients. The staff was friendly and fun and my teeth were well taken care of. My experience was fantastic. The office is beautiful, getting the appointment was quick and easy and there is no wait. Dr. Josie is kind, personable, and efficient. Looking forward to coming back for my regular dental care/checkups.

Genuine Smiles is a great dentist office. I recommend booking your appointments immediately with them. Dr. Josiane is an awesome dentist, she's very personable and she takes very good care of her patients teeth. 10/10

Extremely friendly, affordable, flexible and very professional. My husband needed a repair and Dr. Josie was so helpful. We called her office and they were we able accommodate my husbands needs. We had questions that were answered and honest. I highly recommend Genuine Smiles.

A few months ago I had a tooth that was hurting me really badly. Every time I would chew on it ( soft or hard food ) I was in excruciating pain. Went to a local dentist that completely dismissed my complaint and told me to come back in 6 months. Since I couldn't bear the pain anymore I came across genuine smiles. I explained the situation to Dr Josie. She just looked at the tooth and told me that I had a crack in my filling. She fixed it and I never had that problem again. If you are reading this and live in the Nassau county area I would strongly recommend them. Dr Josie is very caring and understanding and takes her time to listen. And also did I mention she is very good with kids!

Went to Genuine Smiles for a checkup, staff is very professional and punctual. Would definitely recommend specially if it is young people looking a friendly atmosphere for their dental needs.

Dr. Josie is such a great, efficient, and personable dentist. When you first walk into her office, you feel welcome and put at ease. Dr. Josie brings a fun energy and works with you to ensure you are getting the best care. She is very encouraging and is vocal and direct when it comes to her services. She is also quite thorough and makes an effort to meet your dental needs. She took her time to show me and explain my dental issues in easy to understand language. Even though dental work can be uncomfortable, Dr. Josie does her best to minimize any discomfort. For example, prior to my cleaning, she asked about my gum sensitivity and proceeded with care based on my response! I really appreciated her considerate and friendly nature and time seem to fly by. Although going to the dentist is not something I personally look forward to, Dr. Josie made it an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend!!

I hadn't been to a dentist in over 3 years, when a friend of mine recommended this place. I was absolutely blown away by the amazing service and atmosphere provided by Dr Josi Chrisphonte! I enjoyed a full compliment of services, including X-rays, cleaning and whitening, and left with a beautiful, bright, confident, smile! She turned what should usually be a lethargic and unwanted trip to the dentist into a rather enjoyable weekday afternoon! I will definitely be having all of my dental needs attended to here from now on!

I had the pleasure of being recommended to Dr. Chrisphonte as my dentist. Her practice is filled with state of the art equipment and she is very knowledgeable when it comes to modern dentistry. The communication leading up to the appointment was top notch and she even took the time to check on check on my fillings prior to the next visit. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new family dentist.

I find that Dr. Chrisphonte takes time to explain all of the procedures. She explains all the pros and cons of the treatment so that I can make an independent judgment. She is professional and has a naturally lovely personality. I would recommend Dr. Chrisphonte to everyone. She is the best dentist I have ever had.
