Dr. Brian Schweers grew up in Mesquite, TX and has always had an affinity for the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Growing up, his childhood family dentist made a genuine lasting impression on him. His love of helping others along with a passion for science lead him down the path of dentistry. He obtained an Associate of Science in General Sciences from a local college along with taking other various courses at University of Texas at Arlington. In 2010, he received a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Baylor College of Dentistry Texas A&M Health Science Center in Dallas. After practicing dental hygiene for a couple years in the DFW area, he furthered his dental education by pursuing a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He graduated High Honors, also known as Cum Laude in undergrad, from UT Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School. He is a member of the American Dental Association and Texas Dental Association.
After having their first child, Penelope Penny Hart, in May 2017, Brian and his wife, Angie, wanted to move closer to family and childhood friends which brought them back to the area they grew up in. Brian, Angie and Penny enjoy being outdoors, camping, spending time at the lake, and most of all being together as a family. Dr. Brian decided to open his own private practice so that he could treat all his patients like they were family and give them the respect they deserve.
Caring for others and improving health has always been a top priority of mine throughout my life. Ive enjoyed helping at many events organized by the Christian Medical and Dental Association while in San Antonio that provided free dental services near the many underserved border towns of Texas. I also volunteered at Morgans Wonderland which is an amusement park focusing on special needs children. Most recently, I volunteered at Texas Mission of Mercy events in North Texas and am always looking for ways to touch peoples lives through dentistry. My favorite part of dentistry is giving a person the confidence to smile. Our family is looking forward to being a part of the community and raising a family here.

Genuine dentistry is where it's at! Anytime we have friends, Family or patients moving to the Rockwall area we refer to Genuine Dentistry without hesitation, they truly take care of their patients. The equipment and office is modern and up to date and Dr. Schweers and staff are top notch!

This place is absolutely amazing. I was the moral support for my wife while she had her teeth worked on. They were incredibly friendly, informative, helpful and made the entire experience fantastic.

I am so glad I chose Genuine Dentistry. The staff was so friendly and customer service was on point. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Schweers. He was excellent at explaining everything and was very detailed. He provided me with a comprehensive plan that had everything mapped out in phases based on what could potentially cause me problems soon and what I may,or may not want to take care of in the future. I really appreciated his no pressure attitude and his dental technology. I was able to see any issues we discussed cleary and make informed decisions on my treatment plan. Dr. Schweers and his staff had treated me as if I had been a patient for years. I have definitely found my dentist for life! Thank you Genuine Dentistry for going above and beyond my expectations!

Ugh! What a breath of fresh air! Decided to try this place after my previous dentist gave our appointments away and said they couldn't take us for a couple of months. So happy I did! These folks are new to our area and AAAMMAAAAZING (in my best singing voice)!! They are kind and courteous, well priced, very attentive and knowledgeable, and do a great job! They have the latest and greatest dental technology, very quaint, clean and comfy, and they don't try to just run you through like a number. Took my whole family here, and everyone had a great experience!! I don't usually give my good secrets up, but I couldn't stay quiet about this one!

5 stars aren't enough. I was a new patient coming from out of state. They were able to get me in right away due to a cancellation and was able to fit my filling in the same day! Everyone was really friendly and made me feel really comfortable.

Genuine Dentistry offers exceptional dental care for both children and adults. Outstanding customer service offers a great customer experience. Lastly, the dental office has very modern equipment that improves efficiency and expedites dental care. Personally, I am impressed by the willingness to address issues on the spot "like a cavity" opposed to having us come back.

Dr. Schweers and his staff provided the most excellent customer and patien service I have ever experienced. This is the very first time I had a pleasant dental appointment and I have to say that I do not mind seeing the dentist now. Dr. Schweers took care of me and my children in the kindest and most gentle way. He walked us through the entire process of what we should expect for treatment plan. In addition, he emphasized positive reinforcement with regards to the importance of taking care of our teeth. More dentists need to be like Dr. Schweers! Kudos to the rest of the staff at Genuine Dentistry. Keep it up. Will be sending the rest of our family your way.

Very positive experience and great customer service. I needed to be seen for a non-emergent dental issue, but wanted to be seen as soon as possible. Dr. Schweers was able to see me the very next day. He did great work, and I felt little to no discomfort.

Unbelievable experience. Chipped my front tooth and needed it to be filled. Dr. Schweers got me in first thing next day and I was in/out in no-time and my teeth look awesome! I live 40 min. away and I was referred to his office by a family friend. Super clean, modern office and the staff was extremely friendly. Definitely not your normal old dentist office. I'll be making the trip every-time for anything I need done. Appreciate you squeezing me in last minute, you've got a life-time customer now.

I have been going to another dentist for the past 10 years and wasn't very happy with them. I ended up asking my brother what dentist he uses and he recommended this dentist. This is hands down the most welcoming and professional dentist I've ever been too. They gained a customer for life!

Dr Schweers AND his team are absolutely amazing ! I've been to several offices in different cities (Forney, Garland, Rowlett, Dallas and Rockwall) and this has by far been the best experience I have had. Super friendly and very informative. His front office team is awesome also , my 2 year old and 1 year old came in for a check up and as soon as we arrived Nita in the front office came to the waiting room and played with my boys making them very comfortable while my husband and I got paper work done. Thank you Genuine Denistry you guys are AWESOME!!

After getting jerked around for 3 days by a different dentist about a cracked tooth, I reached out to Dr. Schweers' offices. The young lady I spoke with on a Thursday got me an appointment for Saturday at 8 am. Dr. Schweers is pleasant, professional, thorough, and just all around great. We are new to Rockwall area and have decided he is our dentist as long as we live here, which we hope is 40+ years, as we love it here.

I've been to more than one dental office all around Dallas and Rockwall. Dr. Schweers and his team were very welcoming when I attended my appointment there with them. Dalila and Diana are remarkable at their jobs and neatly organized. Without a doubt, I'll be sure to keep reattending this dentistry because of all the amazing work they do.
