This dentistry was my families dentist that we used for many years. There office has become terrible. They forward schedule your appointments, and get angry if you try to reschedule. I've delt with them for the last two years with this problem. They expect you to drop everything your doing and come in when they schedule you! my last visit I had to reschedule my "forward scheduled "appointment a day before. The receptionist on the phone got angry and hung up on me when I asked to reschedule. Dr. Lamb is a good dentist, and he has good techs. But the office is a nightmare. There were 7 of us in my family that used them regularly, none of us will deal with them anymore. We have since found another good dentist who values our business.

No, just no. The crown I had put in is literally laughed at by other dentist. Worst dentist ever. Worst office help ever.

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Stubbs is equally friendly and knowledgeable and makes you so comfortable you almost forget that you're at the dentist. I would highly recommend them for your next dentist visit.

I was really happy with this dentist. He was understanding and was the least painful visit I have ever experienced at a dentist. I will definitely be going back, the dentist was knowledgeable and helpful.

The kids and I love Dr. Stubbs and his staff!!! They make everything about going to the dentist easy and fun!

I called the office to set up a dental appointment and the lady who answered was really rude whenever I didn't know my insurance plan. It's sad because those are the women who represent the office. Hopefully the next time I call there will be someone with better customer service.

I have been to many dentists all over the US. I found everyone at Gentry Family Dentistry kind and very helpful. From when I went for my tooth cleaning and Xrays to the repair of an old filling that had broke. I so appreciate the gentle care.

WORST experience with any professional doctor that I've ever had in my whole life!!!!! He did a procedure on me & then just left me to suffer in pain. Him and his staff is very uncaring, very unprofessional, very disrespectful. They just don't care about their patients or the fact that they leave them in pain suffering. I'm having to get in with another dentist which is very hard when you have Medicaid. I finally found one but they can't get me in until Monday so I'm stuck suffering till then. I tried to politely explain to them I knew something was wrong with my teeth because I've had teeth pulled and they never hurt this much or this long. They hung up on me because they did not want to hear it. They are very rude & unprofessional!!!! I will never go back to this doctor, I wouldn't take my dog to him. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR TEETH MESSED UP AND OR TO BE LEFT SUFFERING IN GREAT PAIN BECAUSE OF WHAT HE DID TO YOUR TEETH!!!!!!!! I'm in so much pain I can barely tolerate it. I went to the ER but they don't do much for tooth pain or mouth pain. So I'm stuck suffering in great pain because of Dr Lamb. So thank you Dr Lamb for all the suffering & great pain you have caused me!!! I hope you go out of business so nobody else has to suffer like this!!!!!!

Dr. Lamb has been my husband's dentist for over 35 years (since he was a kid) & my dentist for over 25 years. Before moving to Siloam, we lived in Rogers for almost 20 years & were never satisfied when trying out much closer dentists, so we drove to Gentry for years. Dr. Stubbs joined the practice years ago & has also provided excellent care when Dr. Lamb wasn't available. Most of the front desk staff & our hygienist, Jennifer, have been with Dr. Lamb for as long as I can remember and have watched my kids grow up. We all have healthy teeth at the most reasonable prices in NWA thanks to this great team!
