Dr. Ryan Henrichsen and Dr. Melissa McColloch have each been awarded a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Henrichsen has also achieved the title of Master in the Academy of General Dentistry. Both have graduated from the Dawson Academy.

All of our dentists at Gentling Dental Care have received advanced training from a variety of prestigious dental education institutions. These include but are not limited to: the Dawson Academy, Pankey institute, Kois Center, and Spear Education.

Krista has been working in the dental field for over five years and counting. She attended SMSU for her education, completing her Bachelor's in Business and Finance and earned her MBA through Concordia University. Originally from Stewartville, she has two children at home, as well as a fur baby named Turk. Her hobbies outside of work include hiking, knee-boarding, golfing, and spending time with friends and family. A fun fact about Krista is that she knows how to change oil in a car and change tires.

Adam is originally from St. Paul and has 3 years experience in dental management. His schooling background is in interior design but the patients he works with in the dental industry is what has fueled his interest in this career. When Adam is not working he likes to be outside, do woodworking, and spend time with his friends and family.

Nicole attended Winona State University in Winona, MN for her education. She is originally from St. Charle and has a big family that enjoys golfing and all things outdoors. Her favorite part about her job is interacting with the patients and making them feel welcome and comfortable at Gentling. An activity she loves outside of work is bow hunting.

Mackenzie is originally from Dodge Center, MN and was excited to join the Gentling team here in Rochester. Her favorite thing about working in the dental field is learning all about teeth and seeing patients' new smiles. When she's not working she likes to go horse-back riding with her mom and go hiking and camping.

Connie started in dental assisting over 45 years ago. First as a licensed assistant and later working a combination of assisting and front desk. She worked at Amethyst for over 29 years with Dr. Boeker and Dr. Gardner and is excited to be a part of the Gentling team with them.

Her favorite thing about working in the dental field is getting to know the patients and helping them with their dental needs. When she is not at work she loves scrapbooking and spending time with her husband, daughter, and pets.

Kristie's career in dentistry covers over 20 years so far. In addition to completing her education at Rochester Community and Technical College, she has also attended the Dawson Dental Assistant and Spear Dental Assistant Courses. Today, she loves interacting so closely with patients and getting to know them very well over time, as well as hanging out with such a great group of coworkers!

Originally from here in Rochester, Kristie and her husband Keith have two sons named Keyan and Tayte and two dogs named Khloe and Bruno. In her free time, she enjoys going on walks, reading, and fishing with her family.

Melissa has been working in the dental field for nearly two decades so far. She attended both Concordia University and Rochester Community and Technical College for her oral healthcare education. She's also attended advanced training courses through Spear and the Pankey Institute. Her favorite part of this job is changing people's lives with making better smiles.

Originally from Alden, Melissa is married, has a son, a daughter, and two grandchildren. When she isn 't busy at work, she enjoys going to breweries, practicing CrossFit, and being a proud grandma. Something you wouldn 't know about Melissa is that she was on The Price is Right 'In it to Win it'.

Sue's career in the oral healthcare field spans nearly 40 years so far! Originally from Austin, MN, she studied at Rochester Vocational Technical School. What she enjoys most about her job is being able to touch a patient's life in positive ways, not only giving them new reasons to smile but actually enhancing the quality of their life as well through dentistry.

Sue is married and has two grown children, as well as two wonderful granddaughters. When she isn't busy at work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, playing with her two cats Jimmy and Eddie, canoeing, and hunting for vintage fishing lures. She also loves Monarch butterflies and released 96 of them last year!

Lora's career in the dental field spans a handful of years so far, and she hopes to be a part of our team for a good long while. She loves helping patients have a positive visit every time they come in! She attended Rochester Community and Technical College for her education and is also certified in CPR/AED and BLS.

Although she attended school in Byron, Lora is originally from the Rochester area. She currently lives with her wonderful husband whom she has been married to for 1 year. They enjoy working out together and are always in search of breweries and great food! By far, the craziest and most challenging thing she's ever done has been completing two Tough Mudders! She is also passionate about weightlifting. Here's an interesting fact about her: she's been the best man at a wedding before (but still wore a dress).

Monica is from St. Charles, Minnesota and is currently in the Dental Assistant program at Rochester Community Technical College. She will graduate in Spring of 2022. She is passionate to learn and grow. Her older sister Rosario, also a Dental Assistant, inspired her to pursue a career in the dental field. She hopes to be a part of our team for a long time.

When she is not doing school work or working at Gentling Dental Care, she enjoys activities such as being on the lake, hiking, shopping and watching Netflix. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends and loves spoiling her 3 nephews.

Diane joined the Gentling team in October 2021, but she has been a dental assistant for many years. She is originally from Austin, MN and enjoys spending time with friends and family, travelling, and cheering on the Vikings in football!

A Rochester native, Tara has been working in dentistry for well over two decades now. She attended both Rochester Community College and Mankato State University for her education. She loves working at Gentling Dental Care and being part of such an amazing team!

Tara and her husband Brent have four boys named Seth, Dylan, Tyler, and Blake. When she isn't busy at the dental office, she spends her free time with her family, gardening, reading, cooking, and taking care of her chickens.

Karen has been a member of the Gentling Dental family for nearly 40 years now! For her education, she attended both the University of Wisconsin and Mankato State University. She's also taken years of dedicated continuing education courses in order to keep current with new techniques and procedures. Today, her favorite part of this position is being able to connect with patients so closely as she guides them towards excellent dental health.

Originally from Appleton, WI, Karen has been married to her husband Rick for over 30 years. They have one daughter named Nicole and a very large extended family. When she isn't busy at work, she enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking, paddleboarding, and snorkeling. Being around water is definitely her Zen, whether it's the Minnesota lakes or the ocean.

Autumn is from La Crosse, Wisconsin and graduated with Honors from Mankato State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. Autumn's passion for Dental Hygiene comes from being surrounded by family members in healthcare, which inspired her to help others. She strives to provide quality care while improving people's health.

Autumn married her high school sweetheart in the Fall of 2021. In her spare time, she enjoys being with family and boating on the Mississippi River as much as she can whether it's for a boat ride, wake surfing, or skiing. Autumn enjoys being adventurous such as spontaneous road trips, finding new shopping sports, or trying new foods.

Anna is from Rochester and earned her degree as a Registered Dental Hygienist from Rochester Community Technical College. Her favorite thing about working for Gentling is forming life long relationships with the patients and helping them form healthier habits. When she is not working, she enjoys travelling, hiking, shopping and spending time with family and friends. In addition to her hobbies, she loves spending time with her three black Cats!

Lexie is originally from Rochester and attended Dental Hygiene School at RCTC and Metro State University. She graduated with high Honors and has taken that schooling experience with her to Gentling where she enjoys connecting with new people and helping them love their smile.

She plans to stay in Rochester with her husband so they can be close to her four younger siblings and be a part of the Gentling family for a long time. She enjoys any and all outdoor activities, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.

Korinne was born and raised in Rochester, MN and recently relocated back to the area with her husband after living in Elk River, MN for 3 years. Korinne brings over 6 years of marketing and sales experience to our practice, and we appreciate her passion for design, creative mind, and marketing initiatives.
