From the moment you walk in to their office the entire staff were very friendly, and no waiting time, which is very important when dealing with tooth issues. Dr. Polevoy gives you full attention and is very calm. I was dealing with a lot of anxiety, but they helped throughout the process and I can say I fell a lot better now. I highly recommend Gentle Touch Dentistry.

Five stars!! From the front office staff who's smile comes through over the phone to in person where they are kind and attentive to the hygienist who is gentle yet thorough and shares good advice, all are professional and comforting. The. Then Dr . Polevoy is outstanding and very gentle, painless, and just gets it without you fully explaining yet he lets you get your words out and fully listens. He is very understanding and never questions your past, he just sets you in a good direction from that day forward. His newer fellow dentist is just the same! Both have treated me for crowns and etc. Both are caring and called the next day. Also, the business part is well run, they make it easy on you with regards to submitting to your insurance and/or making payments. Excellent dentist!

Kema was an excellent hygienist. She is very thorough and highly skilled. Kind, personable and great at her profession. Doctor Kwag is also a kind and caring dentist who made feel very comfortable. Saw Kima again today and she's the best hygienist ever!!
