Dr. Dexter Inniss, D.M.D. FAGD hails from the islands of Trinidad and Tobago where he began life as the second of four children. Following his lifelong passion for science and human health, he attended Queens College in New York City. An enthusiastic and engaged student at Queenss College, Dr. Inniss earned his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences concentrating in cell and molecular biology. Prepared to put his passion into service, Dr. Inniss received his degree in Dental Medicine from the Tufts School of Dental Medicine. Prior to establishing his dental practice focusing on cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Inniss completed hundreds of hours of postgraduate courses exploring the relationships between dental health and overall well-being; in addition to the most advanced techniques and technologies that bring beautiful smiles to light. Dr. Inniss understands how important it is to the individual to meet the world with a smile they can be proud of. He is wholeheartedly dedicated to pursuing and deploying the newest advancements in dentistry and stays abreast of the latest technologies. If theres such a thing as a Dentistry Geek, Dr. Inniss is it! With over sixteen years experience practicing dental medicine on patients young and old, Dr. Inniss understands the importance of a gentle touch when it comes to your office visit. To that end, Dr. Inniss office and treatment rooms are equipped with the most modern imaging equipment ensuring the best course of treatment for each patient. Additionally, Dr. Inniss employs highly experienced staff, thoroughly trained in his state of the art treatment equipment, to minimize discomfort and maximize results for each and every healthy, beautiful smile. Dr. Innis is very well known for his ability to be gentle during dental procedures. He receives numerous compliments from his clients regarding how gentle he administers his injections. Long a member in excellent standing of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association and the National Dental Association, Dr. Inniss enjoys rich professional relationships that provide continuing education in his field. When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Inniss enjoys spending time with his wife and three children with whom he shares a love of music, history and sports!

Gentle touch is exactly that..Dr Dexter Inniss is awesome and always made me feel very comfortable whenever I had any procedure done because am always afraid. I've been a patient for 8 or more years if my calculations are right I think it's more...Jamie and staff are always very professional yet warm and friendly the facility is so clean I will always recommend Gentle Touch Dental.

My family and I have been devote patients of Gentle Touch Dental for more than a decade. The staff is experienced, professional and accommodating. I was once laid off and didn't have coverage, I explained my situation and they allowed me to make payments for the service I received, for which I was truly greatful and will never forget. It should be noted that they knew where I lived. Now that I am once again, gainfully employed, I won't go anywhere else. They were loyal to me and so I am now loyal to them. Thank you Gentle Touch Dental for being there through thick and tin. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Gentle Touch Dental is the best dentistry in the area! They are so professional and calming. I was nervous to have my dental work done, but from the time I walked into the door to the time I let, I felt completely at ease and in good hands. I definitely recommend!

I love Dr. Innis and his staff. It started with an emergency, I am afraid of the dentist and hadn't been in several years. I woke up with extreme pain and started calling "emergency dentists" Dr. Innis was the only one that got me in the same day. He was kind and gentle. After a round of anti bionics, I returned in 3 days to have 2 abscessed broke teeth to be removed, After a bad experience with an Army dentist in Iraq, I can tell you this was a dream! I'm a reformed fearful dental patient! He takes the time to answer all your questions and the staff in very pleasant.

My only problem was they couldn't do the extraction or root canal at the location and each person they referred me to didnt take my insurance. Each dentist they referred me to had to do the first visit all over again i ended up paying 3 times for the same information. Not helpful and still in pain. Staff was friendly and dr innis explained everything very well.
