From the front desk to the rest of the appointment we had a fantastic experience! It had been a while since a cleaning and we had some anxiety- but the staff were SO kind and upbeat. I've never enjoyed trips to the dentist until now. I'm looking forward to bringing my kids!

16 Sep 2022, had a crown come off ( eating Skittles). I was able to get it reattached that very afternoon. Saving me from a weekend of eating sparingly, not that I couldn't use sparse, eating. Thank you to all involved with the repair work, from getting me in and out to doing the hands on work. You made my stop a pleasant happening.

I'm so glad I switched to this dentist. Much more explanation and patient care from both the hygienists and dentists. Callie took such great care of me during my pregnancy when my mouth was a bit more sensitive than normal. Front staff is also very helpful.

My daughter (4 year old) had an appointment here. It was her first time being to a dentist, and she was a little nervous. The hygienist took their time and made it fun. The doctor also showed her and explained hot to brush her teeth in a fun way. She had some much fun! They made her feel comfortable, which is so important to me as her Mother.

Cali did such a great job making me feel welcome and eased my nerves. She explained everything so I would understand if what my care plan would look like going forward and helped me understand what we needed to prioritize to care for my teeth. Great job!

Gentle Touch Dental is incredible! Dr. Steele and both the hygienist and assistant that cared for me were phenomenal. Very upfront about my dental needs as I have been putting off appointments for far to long. Dr. Steele took away my anxiety and I look forward to returning.

Worst dentist I've ever been to. They heard you in like cattle and if you walk out with a bill for 1k-2k don't be surprised. My spouses and I came in to have an EXAM and X-RAYS. We walked out both needing a "deep cleaning" for almost 1k a piece. Even though pregnant can cause swelling in your gums that has nothing to do with needing a 1k cleaning! We never got our covered cleaning paid by our insurance. I've been to many dentist all over the states with the military and have never been to an office handled like this. The the lady wanted to tell me if I wanted a cleaning go to LCCC they handle lower income people. My insurance covers cleanings!!!!! I feel sorry for people who have to go here because this was ridiculous and definitely not run like a normal dentist office. If this wasn't a small town this place would never fly!!
