Growing up outside of Tallahassee, FL, she grew up cheering on the Florida State Seminoles. Later, she attended the University of Florida. She received her Bachelors of Science in nursing from the University of Florida in 1997. She has maintained split loyalty to both schools ever since. After graduation, she was a Registered Nurse prior to pursuing her dream of becoming a dentist. Improving her patients health has always been her passion.
She received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Florida in 2001. She has post doctoral continued training at some of the most prestigious and respected dental centers in the world and industry: The Dawson Center (St. Petersburg, FL) and, The Frank Spear Institute (Scottsdale, AZ).
My passion for dentistry began in the Dominican Republic where I became a Licensed Dentist and had the opportunity to have my own practice. After moving to the United States, I decided to continue my career in the dental field by joining a dental hygiene program. Upon graduation of the program, I became a registered dental hygienist. As of today, I have 20+ years of experience as a competent practitioner in the field of Dentistry.
I am personable, self-motivated, and compassionate. My strengths consist of providing the best quality of service for my patients regarding their treatments, and educational understanding of the importance of oral health. My desire to keep learning is a must in order to be successful in my field.
