Good experience. Staff is warm and friendly. Waiting room is cozy. My mouth felt fresh, my teeth are beautiful. Coffee supplies were not in place. No cups, no sugar substitutes, no napkins, no straws or stirrers were available. This was not the first time I've observed this to be a concern of mine.

Great to interact with. Very professional staff, very understanding if scheduled appointment has to be changed. Dr. Betty Dillon is warm, friendly and understanding and as Gentle as her Practice states.

I had a great experience with Gentle Family Dentistry. I am afraid of the dentist so Dr.Dillon and her staff made me feel very comfortable. Dr.Dillon explained in full detail about necessary treatment needed. Ever since my first experience Gentle Family Dentistry has been my dental home.

Paid for a crown and I had to move and asked them several times including emails to send the crown I paid for and I am still waiting after 3 months. Now my insurance will be involved.

Reading the reviews I was scared to go but my old dentist is just too far. Im not really sure about the experience other people had at this office but mine was totally different. Yes, dental xrays are standard procedures especially for new patients unless u have recent x-rays from another office. They do have to see if you have cavities, fillings, etc. Im not really sure why anyone would think otherwise. I was really hoping that I didn't need a root canal. I did need a deep cleaning which was priced at $250. Which is normal if you google deep cleaning pricing it says anywhere b/w $150-350. Everyone was really nice no one had a attitude. All of my questions were answered even when I asked questions about my xrays. I was able to come back at 1 the same day and start my deep cleaning. They are definitely doing their job I think the previous reviewers were probably shocked at the pricing if they never had those procedures done before.

At first the dentist workers were nice a little but then they started getting rude and disgusting saying that "I can't clean your teeth, you have gum disease. It's against my policy to do that. You don't have plaque, ITS TARTAR!" She kept repeating herself over and over and she was super loud. Like sheesh. It's not my fault you don't have the tools or the dentist to take my braces off and clean my teeth. If you hate your job just say that, but you still didn't ruin my day. The young man there was nice and the lady at the front desk was okay, but she asked me for $500 for a deep cleaning saying that my insurance only cover one per year. First off you loud. Second of all, y'all scheduled the appointment, not me. I can take my behind somewhere else. I rather spend my money on nice people than depressed people.

These people are money hungry. Went off my insurance reviews which was all lies and did not check Google before I went. Shame on me. If you suffer with any kind of respiratory ailments, PLEASE stay away from this office!! The building is old and reap mildew and possibly mold. The staff is so nice that they kept me there for two hours doing ex-rays, which I did not ask for, but they claim that it was standard procedures for new patients. Then when they were done they told me I would have to come back another day for my cleaning because they had to go to lunch. What a waist of time? Then they wanted to charge me $200+ for another procedure which they claim they had time for but didn't have time for my cleaning which they wanted to charge me $83.00 for. I said no and have a nice day. As soon as I left my allergies was acting up like crazy! Never Again!!

I frequented this establishment just yesterday (12/15/21) and was pretty much scared into considering a treatment that I had never heard of or knew nothing about by Dr. Dillon. I asked questions to the dentist (who was very straightforward, but when doing her exam, she sounded unsure of her answers) and the hygienist (who was lovely, professional, and answered all my questions, which is why I'm giving two stars) and to the receptionist (who had come up with my treatment plan cost). The receptionist was stern in saying that the insurance would cover for half and I could make a monthly plan but something did not sit right with me. When it came to billing questions, the receptionist acted like I was bothering her and kept mentioning "I've done this before, I know what I'm talking about" but little else was done to appease my worries of out of pocket expense. As a patient and someone who has worked in healthcare for a few years now, I was completely put off by that. I came in for routine preventive care and left without any cleaning work done, even though I was told I had "extensive gum disease" by them but not by another dentist I had gone to a year prior. I opted out of the service and scheduled another appointment to come in for the treatment. After I left the establishment, I spoke with my insurance who assured me that the work would not be covered. Then, I called the receptionist again to speak with her about the information I had, where she continued to cut me off and belittle the information I received from my insurance. I canceled the appointment right there and then. I will be requesting my X-rays and will go to another doctor in 6 months time (of course, after doing a thorough search of the reviews). The two good things that came out of this whole experience was that I have adequate health literacy and therefore felt comfortable advocating for myself with them and the insurance company, and that they scared me straight by the cost of not taking care of my oral health. I have since bought the recommended toothpaste, mouthwash, and floss recommended by my previous dentist -- and I'm sticking with a plan. Updates: after calling twice to obtain my X-rays and leaving voicemails, the office/receptionist wants to charge $25 because "I wasn't referred to another dentist." I'm shocked at this office and I am dropping it to one star. I have been to multiple dentists in my life and I have NEVER been charged to get my medical history.

My experience with gentle family dentistry has been a good one Doctor Dillon has a very good bed-side manner. She has a calming affect which helps soften the tensions of a dental visit. And a quiet, but positive energy, which is mirrored by her entire staff. Her dental team members are friendly, professional and always on point in their performance and interaction On the administrative side, Ms Cynthia, (especially), administrative front desk services, go well beyond the extra mile With providing friendly reminders making flexible appointments explaining your billing or any other concerns you may have Concerning your visits I applaud and recommend gentle family dentistry

This company has the right person in the front. She is very professional and warm. Her service has been great, showing care and resolve questions I have quickly. Knowing that I was in great deal of pain, she helped to move my dental procedure to a earlier date.

People run don't go nowhere near that office. Visited the office got x rayed was informed by dentist that route canal is needed to save teeth. Started one treatment and went back for the other treatment and was told by dentist that she can no longer do route canal after getting paid for that procedure she then informed me I needed surgery. I then informed her that surgery is out of the picture, she then told me I will need to come back 4more times to complete this procedure the same route canal that she stated that couldn't be done. I then realized this is all about money so I told her I will go somewhere else. After she completed with the second treatment she didn't even give me antibiotics or pain medications.

Total Scammer I went to this dentist office through a recommendation from my insurance company. I am disabled and have Humana. I completed several visits successfully, however when I applied to get me some partial's to fill the gaps of missing teeth was a different story. First off they misplaced my mold for my partial's ( should have been a warning) then once I got remolded for them again and was called to schedule an appointment to get them placed. That's were thing's started going wrong, went in for my appointment was told I needed other work done before I could get my partial's in, such as deep cleaning, filling replacement. So we complete them then I receive a call to confirm me getting my partial's but now I have a $865 co-pay to take care of before I can get my partial's. I involved Humana and the dentist office promised to get me my partial's but as of now almost 2 years later I still have no partial's that my insurance paid for....... Afraid to try and get them again........ may be denied because of these scammers!!!! This dentist office is a total scam, I wish I would have done my research first..... BEWARE SCAMMERS

She is a fraud.. I went to this place on 1/4/22 for my 6 months routine cleaning. Dr. Dillon saw me and shared very disturbing news about the need for several root canals, deep cleaning and depriding and the need to have my fillings replaced. I have been visiting another dentist every 6 months for years and was never told any such thing. She encouraged me to apply for credit to pay for the unnecessary work that I don't need. I didn't get my routine cleaning and was asked to make another appointment. She was not concerned about me having to make another visit in order to get my cleaning done. I should have read the reviews before going there. She is a fraud and a crook and should be put out of business.

I wish I would have read the Google and Yelp reviews before coming. Like others, I gave this practice two chances and each were a severe disappointment. Very unprofessional, condescending, inconsiderate, and incessant on pushing unneeded procedures. No regard for the customer and no consideration of your financial situation. I would NOT recommend going to this practice and I highly recommend reading the other Yelp and Google reviews--horrifying and oozing of malpractice!

Dr. Dillion is extremely rude and unprofessional. You might want to find another office. This place deserves NO stars at all.

They don't even deserve a single star. I called in to schedule an appointment and the person answering the phone was patronizing and rude. I was trying to clarify how my insurance would be applied for my visit since she identified I had limited dental coverage. I was trying to prepare for any unexpected charges but instead of providing more information the phone woman decided that repeating the same information slowly was an appropriate response. I would not trust this environment with my medical well-being as they lack the basic skills to facilitate an office as well as, compassion, communication skills and basic human decency.

Horrible Experience , I went for a filling and sat in the chair luckily I asked to make sure I was getting a filling because they tried to do a root canal which cost $400 without asking if I wanted it done . The next time I came for another filling they tried it again and tried to act like they didn't know I was there for fillings . They have very bad attitudes the lady at the front desk " tony " is very rude also when I went for my fillings we had to change the room one time because tools wasn't working and then the other time I came I had to reschedule because the dentist was no where to be found . I would not recommend at all they are money hungry and very unprofessional and unorganized . If you do go be sure of the service your receiving because they will try to take your money !
