I had a concern about my bridge. Mary and Todd took my concern very seriously and reassured there is no problem. My hygienist, Mary is very professional and continues to give me great care.

My experience was wonderful!! I'm not normally one to submit a review however, I felt the need to do so because the care was so good. The staff and dentist were very gentle, informative and front with care, and potential issues that may arise. I felt very comfortable and experienced no pain.

Amazing clinic, entire staff are awesome, friendly and caring! Doctors are up and up on their practice with state of art equipment. They treated my entire family including my kids at an early age were in grade school. One of my kids now married still lives in town and continues to seek Gentle Family Dentistry of Naperville practice. Highly recommended...

My wife and I are extremely selective for dental care. Everything about this practice is 5 stars: Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Office Professionals have all provided outstanding experiences. Cleanings. Fillings. Diagnosing cracked teeth. Billing. Answering questions about dental insurance. Fair and stand behind their work. I am the worst patient, being anxious about even cleanings. "Gentle" has been my experience. Been going to the practice for more than 2 years.

So after I left a review about my billing experience, Joanne called me. We agreed that because it was a mistake on their part (telling me that they took my insurance when they did not) that I would not be billed. I am still getting a billed for the services three years later. Dr. Spragg is very thorough and everything was explained in full detail. He is an awesome dentist. I recommend that you call your insurance yourself to verify before receiving services. Unfortunately, due to the mistakes and dishonesty of his staff, I have not been back and have moved my family to Gantos Family Dental down the street. Please do not call me and try to play nice so that I can change my google review. It is sad to see that I am not the only one that have had this experience according to other reviewers on this page.

My son and I have been patients at Gentle Family Dentistry for over 7 years. We love the staff and the excellent patient care they provide. The office staff works very hard to make accommodations to fit all of their patients into the busy office schedule. The staff is prompt, always considerate in the timing of each appointment. We both have been seen by each Dentist and hygienist in the practice. I have confidence that everyone of their employees provide excellent dental care to each patient. They will forever be a trusted part of our family! Thanks to you all at GFD! Chrissy & Blake Anderson

The office was very rude when I needed to reschedule my appointment after having to cancel. I'm a mom of young kids and life happens. When I called to reschedule I was asked to verbally affirm that I was going to make my appointment. Who called to make an appointment knowing there is a $50 cancellation fee intending not to show up? like most moms I can't put my needed before my family's needs. They cared more about making sure I was going to pay their $50 cancellation fee than my dental health. I would not recommend this office.
