Dr. Gangji has been successfully treating patients in the Lehigh Valley for over 25 years. He attended Duquesne University School of Pharmacy in 1985 and later obtained his degree in Dentistry at The Ohio State University College Of Dentistry in 1992. Following his graduation from Ohio State, he received his Advanced GPR residency training in Oral Surgery at Miami Valley Hospital, in Dayton, Ohio.

Over the years, Dr. Gangji has taken over 1200 hours of continuing education classes to further his knowledge as a Dentist. Some of the highlights of his continuing education include earning 300 hours in Dental Implant and Prosthodontic education through the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in New Jersey.

Taking close to a year in learning all aspects of Implant Dentistry up-to and including advanced surgical placement of implant fixtures, bone and sinus augmentation techniques, and restoring dental implants. Dr. Gangji received the prestigious Associate Fellow Of The American Academy ofImplant Dentistry award in San Diego, in 2017. He also received his fellow Of The International Congress Of Oral Implantologist award in Poland, the previous year.

Dr. Gangji also focuses on family and the community right here in the Lehigh Valley and Bethlehem area. He and his wife, Mubina, have three children who attend school in the Bethlehem Area School District. He enjoys watching his Ohio State University football team every fall and traveling with his family.

Dr. Efraim Ramirez Lugo graduated from Temple University School Of Dentistry with a degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine in May of 2000. Graduate from the lnteramerican University of PR with double majors: BS in environmental Chemistry and a BS in Biology. Graduated with Magna Cum Laude. He served in the US NAVY as a Corpsman from 1986 to 1995, some served as a reservist during his college days. He is a veteran of Desert Shield and Desert Storm, awarded several medals, including the meritorious service medal, good conduct medal, overseas campaign medal, Kuwait liberation medal, etc. Plank owner of FH5-15 a hospital that served over 1500 servicemen during desert storm.

Dr. Ramirez resides in Bucks County with his wife of 29 years, for the last 14 years. He enjoys camping with his three sons. He loves motorsports, specifically tuning imports and anything with wheels, from skateboards to motor cross.

Dr. Ramirezs love of dentistry is profound. He loves what he does. His saying is: if you love your job, you never go to work. He treats people like the work is going to his own teeth. Perfection is his goal in every restoration and is like a kid with a new toy when everything is perfect

Dr. Mantilla has been rendering quality care to his patients for over 10 years including those of Lehigh Valley Health Network where he served a diverse and medically complex patient population in both the hospitals dental clinic and operating rooms. After successfully completing a general practice residency, he was asked to join the medical staff where he now contributes to the education of future dentists. An honors graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Mantilla brings a modern approach to pain-free dentistry. He has completed over 500 hours in continuing education and dedicated over 100 of those hours to attending and graduating from the world-renowned MISCH International Implant Institute. Subsequently, he earned the prestigious status of DIPLOMATE from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. In addition, Dr Mantilla is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, and currently holds a chair on the board of directors for the Lehigh Valley Dental Society.

When not working, he enjoys golfing, skiing, and traveling with his wife. After fathering two boys who are now toddlers, he was blessed with the birth of his little princess earlier this summer. A native of Miami, Florida, Dr. Mantilla hopes to one day retire back in warmer weather. Until then, he is here to provide our patients with the same compassionate and professional care they have come to expect from our office. Dr. Ladani graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston University with a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD). He completed his specialty training in Periodontology and Oral Implantology from University of Gujarat where he earned Masters of Dental Surgery (MDS) prior to moving to USA. He was elected to receive Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) honor by the National Dental Honors Society that promotes and recognizes scholarship and character among students of dentistry in USA. He was also honored with Quintessence Award for Clinical Achievements in Periodontics at Boston University.

Dr. Ladani is always in touch with the most advanced techniques in dentistry. He has not only mastered the skills in the field of dentistry but also puts a personal touch to his service. He treats his patients with compassion and believes in creating a long term patient-doctor relationship.

Jenna was born, raised and lives in Palmer Township. She graduated from the dental hygiene program in 2008 at Northampton Community College. She has been with Dr. Gangji for 11 years. After starting as a Dental Hygienist, she transitioned into treatment coordination and office administration. She is knowledgeable in understanding the treatment of our patients and utilizing their dental insurance benefits that fit their financial needs. She takes pride in building relationships with the patients and wants them to feel comfortable and at ease during their treatment. Outside of the office, Jenna enjoys spending quality time with her family including her husband and two children. She also enjoys going to church, the outdoors and finding reasons to laugh.

Alison graduated Dental Hygiene school in May 1999 from Bergen Community College in Paramus NJ. She has been a hygienist with Gentle Family Dentistry for 13 years and enjoys all aspects of dental hygiene but especially scaling, root planing and periodontal therapy. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, Ruben her husband and two children: Kyle and Kiara. As a hobby, Alison likes to bake and decorate custom cakes and cupcakes.

Brooke is a 2011 dental hygiene graduate from Northampton community college. She joined the GFD team as a full time Dental Hygienist in 2013. Brooke was born and raised in Palmer Township. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends. During the summer months you can find her at Lake Wallenpaupack riding her jet ski or out on a boat. Brooke has gone on several medical mission trips to Jamaica where she loves using her dental hygiene skills to help those in need. She keeps building her dental hygiene knowledge by taking many continuing education classes each year.

Jane has been working with GFD for over 20 years. She moved to Bethlehem Township in 1999. She has two daughters that graduated from Freedom HS. She is married to Joe and they like to travel when they get the chance. They also love to spend time outside with their two golden retriever dogs.

Charlotte is a Dental Assistant, mother, wife and power lifter. She believes in overall health. She has participated in figure and power lifting competitions and training. Charlotte has two sons: Brandon and Ian and a step son Wyatt. She is happily married to her husband, Shawn, whom she shares her love of outdoor activities along with the many hours in the gym working out together.

Jennifer attended Northampton Community College for Dental Assisting (1990), and the York Technical Institute for Expanded Functions Dental Assisting. With over 30 years in the dental field, she has experiences in Orthodontics, General Dentistry and Restorative Dentistry.

Patti has been working in the accounting field since 1980 where she began her career in the private sector. In 1985, she began working in public accounting specializing in tax accounting until April 2010. In May 2010, she decided to start on a new challenging career with Gentle Family Dentistry as their Practice Administrator where she is able to use her accounting, tax and organizational skills. Patti is married to her husband Bob for 39 1/2 years. They have two sons and three grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading and time at the beach in Ocean City, NJ.
