Highly recommend this endodontics place ... from the lady in the front desk doing her best to help with my insurance and explaining in detail what I need to do, had a super pain free and anxiety free visit due to Dr. Atabakhsh and his assistant! Wish I could make them my general dentist but unfortunately I think they are just a specialist! Anybody that has extreme fear of needles or any anxiety with doctors this is the place to go!

The doctor finished my two root canals very quickly. Just the next day, and all the pains already all gone!

Dr. Atabakhsh and his team went above and beyond to make me comfortable and less tense when getting my root canal. First of all, I've gotten root canals and Dr. Atabakhsh hands down takes the cup for being gentle and efficient during such a procedure. I appreciate the time Dr. Atabakhsh and his team spent educating me on the procedure, post X-ray results, and what to do after. Thank you guys for making my experience pleasant! Definitely the place to go if you want a gentle and smooth experience - which is hard to find nowadays!

If you appreciate your time and don't want to waste it, I would highly suggest going somewhere else. Was late for an appointment that I waited over a month for just for them to tell me I couldn't come to there facility no more due to me being late, I understand I was late, but there was no kind of leniency for something that took over a month to get done. You can definitely find better especially in this are for sure.

I do not like the dentist let alone having a root canal. Dr. Atabakhsh and his assistant made it a pleasant experience. They played name that tune on Alexa and took score which made the time go by quicker. Dr. Atabakhsh is gentle on your mouth and the whole office is friendly.

I loved it! I was very scared and they calmed me down and I did go under laughing gas! I'm hard to get numb and when I said I needed more he did more!! I would 10/10 recommend!

The sad part of this review is my daughter found the dentist to be very caring during her evaluation appointment. Today that changed because of how the receptionist acted today. The receptionist "could not find" my daughter's appointment that their office scheduled for an emergency root canal. The receptionist was incredibly rude to both my daughter and husband who are both black. When she rescheduled us for tomorrow morning at 9:00am she looked at him and said "you better not forget" in a tone that made him feel belittled and insulted since their office made a 'scheduling error' and she claimed they could not find her insurance information. My daughter rode home feeling as if she did not matter to Mr. Atabakhsh and wondered why - she is only 15. 30 minutes after they left I called back to ensure they had her insurance info (provided to them during the evaluation on 2/3) and she refused to check, said she was sure it was fine, and hung up on me. We've never experienced treatment like this from any dentist. I am going to ensure our family dentist who referred us to Mr. Atabakhsh knows how they treat patients. We have no choice but to go back tomorrow to get her root canal done and have already called DOH to determine the proper way to file a complaint should anything happen tomorrow morning, but if you are a person of color I do not suggest going there while that receptionist is working there. She does not hide her bias even when children need help.

Horrible staff, horrible service. I called to schedule a appointment and when I asked for a different day and time the receptionist had to big of a ego and said she can refuse me service and to find somewhere else. I wouldn't trust taking ANYONE there that you care for. I would definitely NOT recommend. If you can't get past a patient asking for a different day then you shouldn't have a job working as a receptionist.

Friendly staff, good explanation from dentist on procedure, and easy parking. I was given options on how to proceed with recommendations from the dentist. My experience was pain free (as much as a dentist trip can be).

I went to Gentle the same day i had a root canal done at a different dental office. The first dental office was an aweful experience, dealing with an 1 1/2 of the worst pain from not enough numbing to nerve discomfort with a root canal. We were immediately refered to Dr. Vahid same day and right off the bat we liked him. He and his staff were right away dedicated to comfort. From getting us a consult same day to procedure because the doctor decided to work through lunch the same day is customer service rarely seen. The root canal procedure went absolutely smooth with no discomfort at all. IF NEEDED I WILL NOT GO TO ANOTHER SPECIALIST HE IS OUR CHOICE FOR AS LONG AS HE IS STILL AROUND!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH GENTLE STAFF!

Dr. Atabakhsh was awesome to work with. He's very knowledgeable, attentive, and has definitely mastered his craft. I even felt comfortable enough to have him finish my treatment without numbing my mouth (that in itself speaks volumes). All of his staff are amazing. Krystal (who manages the office) is also very knowledgeable, friendly, and understood when I said "you're killin' me, Smalls!" The entire office is a win. Highly recommend.
