Seemed really sketchy. Tried to get me to pay $99 or set up a credit line over the phone when I was inquiring about a same day appointment instead of using my insurance and when I said I rather use my insurance they said well you can pay and submit a claim to your insurance and she also said most people don't use their insurance insurance for emergency dental visits and they just pay. Once I said I wasn't going to pay, then she said she would call me back if they had a opening today because of the accident in the area and the local departments call them in for assistance so with the accident they may not be able to get me in- conveniently enough when I said I wasn't going to pay that now they were too booked. Not to mention they asked for my Ss# first and then to text a copy of my ID's and tooth. It just seemed all very sketchy- never spoke to a dentist office like this
