Zero stars, I had an implant supposed to be competed, been over a year I've seen going in, now they took my implants out since previous dentist, who apparently isn't there anymore messed it up. I've had novacaine so many times I can't count, it's been stressful, painful and financially expensive.

I have had my appointment booked for a few weeks now. I drove 20 minutes to Plymouth EARLY this morning, after taking off 2 hours of work to accommodate the appointment. The desk lady called me at 6:50 only 10 minutes prior to notify me that the hygienist would not be in.l until 9:00am. While I understand things happen with people and they can be late, as a professional dentist office one would expect a call well in advance. So the hygienists show up right at your appointment time? They aren't there at least 30 minutes prior to set up or ensure calls are made when issues arise?Doesn't seem like the clinic is organized well logistically. Will not be booking again and will look elsewhere. The amount of times they email and text you to remind you of your appt to then do this is unacceptable. Don't waste your time.

Front desk was rude, pushy, not helpful, not understanding at all while I was on the phone. I missed an appointment since I work 3 jobs and i'm a part time student while helping my family out so obviously life doesn't go the way we expect but the lady I talked to on the phone named Jackie was not helpful super rude, made me feel like I don't ever want to visit the dentist like the dentist is an intimate place and she made me feel super uncomfortable. if you have money issue don't go here they might be borderline classist, should've expected it since its in Plymouth but yea not empathic at all. I just hope Jackie realizes that dentist isn't all about money its about making sure the clients are being well understand and well helped with care. The only thing that made my day was the lady hygienist from Missouri hope her coworkers can learn from her.

Best dentist I've had! Eva, the dental hygienist, is friendly and non-judgmental about flossing and Dr. Atme is nice and fun to speak with. They are genuinely gentle dentists, and my experiences with them have helped me to no longer dread my twice annual dentist appointments! 100% would recommend Gentle Dentistry to anyone looking for a dentist.

I've been going to Dental Hygientist Jessica for a very long time. She never makes me feel embarrassed about my teeth, but she knows that I don't like my smile. She never shames me even if I haven't followed her advice! She's gentle, kind, and always positive. Doctor Atme was great. He actively listened to my concerns and questions. I was very anxious, but now I know he knows how to work with me, so next time my blood pressure will be way down! Jillian stayed with me after I had my shots just in case I had any reaction to them as I had in the past. She took my mind off off things and was fun to chat with during that time. She was also gentle the entire time Doctor Atme was working.

Kayla polished my teeth really well and offered advice on how I could have a cleaning every four months to prevent stain buildup. Update: Love this office: clean and welcoming. Good cleaning from Allison.

I've been to three facilities of GD, and have been very impressed with the attention to detail they have afforded me each and every time. Current I am dealing with a crown. This crown came back incorrect and the temporary crowns turned brittle and wouldn't stay secured in my mouth. Without going into too much detail, I was SUPER impressed how EVERYONE in the office took an interest and refused to let me out of the chair till the best possible solution was accomplished. The level of TEAMWORK, FRIENDLINESS, and COMPETENCE afforded me during my visits made a problematic issue into one where I felt truly CARED about, a rare feeling in the COVID days. Thank you to Christina, Jillian, Dr Atme, George-thank you! Special thanks to Jiliian and Dr Atme and George for making me laugh (yes), during the very uncomfortable process!

Dr. Youssef and his assistant (sorry, forgot her name) did a great job with my mother's dental treatment. My mother who is 83 yrs old leave with a beautiful smile. She's happy and confident with her new upper and lower dentures. She's able to eat her delicious food with her dentures on. Unlike before, she had a lot of broken and missing teeth. So she's had a difficulty in chewing her food. Thank you very much for the great service.

I don't post on internet too often but felt compelled; I have huge respect for my longtime Dentist Dr. Atme & his staff! He is highly-skilled and I have never ever felt like I'm being rushed through in 10+ years & he'll make every effort to get me out at the most reasonable cost! His top Assistant George has a wonderful way about her & is highly skilled! And Assistant Jillian is wonderful!! Thrown in fantastic Front Desk/Billing pro Christina and you have the best Dental office & experience in the Twin Cities! Thx y'all, you have a customer for life! greg b

Hygienist Jessica is great...friendly, professional and gentle. The receptionist is also helpful and efficient. I also appreciated Dr Anwars down to earth nature.
