Best dentistry ever! The assistant was really nice and kind. She gave me very detailed instructions on how to protect my teeth every day, and I felt I learnt a lot from her. The doctor not only told me the treatment plan, but also told me the cause of the problem so that my teeth won't get worse in the future. I went to three different dentists, and she was the only one found the real cause!

Best dental experience I have ever had. The doctor is super nice and caring and she is always making sure that you are comfortable throughout the whole procedure. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

As much as I hate going to the dentist, the doctor and assistants here are all really pleasant. I even laugh sometimes despite the situations I find myself in. They all have excellent bedside manners and sense of humor, plus they're generous with compliments. Dentistry costs what it will but if I'm gonna go I'm happy it's here. The doctor is also very knowledgeable and everything she says is filled with experience and compassion. I've never felt shamed for my teeth here and she's even mindful of avoiding unnecessary expenses.

I've had a lot of work done in my mouth over the years, including braces and wisdom teeth. With all of that behind me, I can't say anything negative about Gentle Dentistry... and yes they are gentle (imo).

When my dentist of several years did not accept my new insurance, I was on the hunt for a dentist in my network and found Dr. Christine Hoang's office, Gentle Dentistry.The staff is very friendly, helpful and punctual; I was not kept waiting to be seen for my appointment. I am very happy with their services and glad to have found Dr. Hoang.

I just started with this group & am very pleased. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Lives up to its name of Gentle Dentistry. They were very careful to make sure I felt no pain . Great experience!

Generally, I've been really happy with this place in the past. I had an appt recently, though, where the dentist put a camera in my mouth & almost made me gag. I nearly jumped out of the chair it was so uncomfortable. She didn't really apologize either. Been going there for a number of years but am not certain I'll return now.

I love this Dentist! We've been going to her for years. Unfortunately, we will NOT be anymore! I have been disappointed on more than one occasion with the lady at the front desk. She is rude, is not honest and unreliable. Unfortunately, I have referred a couple people to her and they came back to me with disappointment. I appreciate Dr. Hoang, but she is not the person I get to work with for appts, issues, etc. Don't get me wrong, I understand and appreciate that is not what she should be doing. However, the lady that does take care of it does not do a good job of it, and, for that, I will be taking our family elsewhere.

I have been going to Gentle Dentistry since 2008 and have had great experiences in the office. The front desk staff are professional, thoughtful, and always helpful. They check my insurance and go above and beyond what's required. I get prompt service and appointments when needed. The Hygienist and Dr, Hoang are both gentle and thorough, I appreciate them being attentive and would definitely recommend this office!
