Absolutely LOVE this dentist office! From the people at the front desk especially Leren she goes above and beyond for patients.Dr.Kumar is hands down the very BEST dentist in the metro area. Trust me I've been to way more than I'd like to admit to. I use to (like most people) dread going to dentist I would put it off as long as possible but now I look forward to going. The Dentist are also absolutely the best. I've never had a dentist actually care so much about what needs to be done opposed to being rushed out the door or told you need to make another appointment.

I honestly loved the dental hygienist that helped she was pregnant and usually works at the Plymouth location I forgot your name honey if you see this you were truly a great help and I appreciate your bedside manner! Dr.Kumar was extremely professional very very kind and passionate Brenda was very sweet and helpful as well ! They definitely live up to their name I will make this my permanent dental office! Thank you guys so much NY only complaint is that when I had my extraction I felt some of the worse pain I have ever felt when getting a tooth pulled I don't think it had to do with the Doc though I'm not sure what it was from . Needless to say I still love all of you and appreciate everything you do!.

The dentist I had was so spunky made me feel so comfortable even though I was getting a root canal I all of a sudden was very comfortable

Dr.Kumar is phenomenal.I have BAD dental phobia.A root canal forced me into her office.So incredibly blessed to have found her.She's kind patient&understanding.I'd recommend her to anyone.The best of the best!!

It comes down to what you are looking for. If you are looking for kind, compassionate, respectful this is the place. If you want someone from the front line to the Dentist to not only listen to you, but hear you this is the place. You want to know what goes on in the back, check out the front line. How is the phone answered and how are you responded to? Do you get lost in a phone tree when you call in? Do you get, please a message to never hear from them? I litterly spent hours and months looking for a little bit of humanity. Even though I love blanket warmers I'd rather know I have value along with highly skilled staff. Just as all the staff are important to me, my care is dependent on even those I may not touch in my visit. I was so excited they even had a nook of carefully placed magazines which I hadn't seen in a long time. I had been in pain for a long time and antibiotics. I was assured in my apprehension. Thank you for your time today and all the questions you took time to answer. A special shout out to a front liner who was incredible when I was hunting around and called. She was responsible for bringing me in. My stress level was so high and apprehension. She knew what to say and important to Gentle Dentistry in Winnetka/ New Hope.
