Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Didn't have to wait for exam. Both dental hygienist, Brittany, and Dr. Braxton were very gentle and thorough, explaining what they were doing. I could tell these professionals really care about their profession and the patients. Prices were also very reasonable. Atmosphere was bright and cheery. So happy to find this office!!!

Tiffany did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. They suggested I get a crown for a leaking tooth. The dental assistant didn't apply enough glue and the crown popped off the next day. It took the front desk 5 days to return my call. I don't feel that the patients are important to this office; but the money that they bring in is the most important to them.

I made an appointment back in February and was scheduled for April. Had the dates mixed up and they wanted me to reschedule for July. Never mind... I'll go somewhere else. They NEED to do better with scheduling.

We had an amazing experience. Kim got us checked in quickly and efficiently, Whitney was great with my son, and Dr. Moore was very informative. We love this office!

I was there for a routine dental cleaning. Tasha has been my dental hygienist for many years, she is very professional, considerate, and always quick to recognize any problems. I trust her and would recommend her to anybody.

I know this: If Gentle Dentistry had been around when I was a youngster, I wouldn't have grown up with a fear of dentists. The staff are excruciatingly kind, and I've never felt like they were trying to upsell me or recommend a procedure I didn't need. My hygienist even asks me about my dog and my dad, which is impressive considering I only see her a few times a year. Things like that resonate for me. It demonstrates how the staff see me as more than a patient and a payment. They see me as a person, and that makes me smile.

Went in with a broken tooth. They fixed it in the same day instead of making me wait and come back! I'm terrified of a dentist office and they worked really hard to help calm my nerves. The whole staff was amazing!

Over priced!...charged for procedures not needed!...and threatened to have my account sent to collections for $30!!!!....and have insurance and paid hundreds of dollars in copayments!...TERRIBLE!
