I'm not happy so far coming from lovely other gentle dentistry clinic. deep caring and kinda Docts to dental hygienists who you feel safe and tell you step by step with your procedures and make you feel better with pain or anything.i missed them this place don't even answer office calls to not so kinda doc to hygienist no full details of any of the procedures hope they get better I don't like to be hard/rude

I appreciate everyone there, everyone in the office was so kind! I came in with terrible pain, they've exceeded my expectations, and even helped me with transportation. Thank y'all

My first visit as a new patient was fantastic. From Sue, the receptionist [& other hats she wears], to Heidi my dental hygienist & the dentist herself, I felt very welcomed & cared for. Everyone is very friendly & knowledgeable.

I arrived for my appointment to find out that apparently I had cancelled it when I didn't. I was told then that there was nobody that could see me. I insisted that I did not cancel and I'll admit got upset and started to cry because it had been a day and I also had an issue with a tooth that I needed them to check on because I was developing headaches on that side of my head and jaw soreness. Then there was a hygienist who had her client not show up somehow. They took a minute and checked on the filling in the tooth with the issue and they rescheduled the cleaning i was supposed to have. I was appreciative that they found a spot before December.

Honestly, amazing staff & work environment! I'm a patient that just started to go here & I'm planning on staying with this location for a long time. Definitely a life changing experience. Before I was unsure on how I felt about the Dental office. Now no questions asked. Because, my hygienist was so friendly & helpful on how to maintain a healthy mouth. I was previously misinformed on how to properly do so. Gentle dental also made me feel so important! On my first appointment. I walked in & the front desk lady Susan, already knew me by my name. I felt so welcomed irreplaceable feeling/experience. Will definitely be back for more routine dental work. Thanks so much for being different from the other dental offices. It actually makes a difference. I will refer Gentle Dental to everybody I know. Keep up the great work.

My Daughter and I have been here for cleaning and check up for over a year and it has been the best experience at a dental clinic. They are very gentle while staff cleans, x-ray or any work they are doing. There is always music playing and feels very relaxing. All staff is very professional. I'm moving out of state and i will miss Gentle Dentistry for sure. I would recommend to anyone.
