Horrible experience! I went in last week to have a broken tooth looked at and to get a referral for an oral surgeon to have all my teeth pulled at the same time. The Hygenist was rude and seemed mad at me for not having 2 teeth pulled that day and said I needed to make another appt for a full mouth xray which I did. Well this morning was my appt. I confirmed it 2 days ago when they called me. I showed up at 7 am and was told the hygenist who was going to do my xrays called in sick, then she told me they called me to tell me this, I never got a message stating she called in sick! I wasted a trip there at 7 am for nothing! Only to be told "Sorry" No "I can reschedule you for another day". Just sorry maam. So I now have to go several days longer in excruciating pain and find another dentist to help me?! Soo extremely unprofessional!

This was my first visit to Gentle Dentistry and they live up to their name. The entire experience from scheduling through my appointment was pleasant. Every staff member was professional, friendly, and thorough. While I was in the waiting room a gentleman came in and there was a mixup with an appointment for his wife with special health needs. He was a little distressed but the front desk staff was so kind and patient and helped accommodate them. They provided an appointment for her so they wouldn't have to come back another day.

Just got my teeth cleaned and the lady was very hard with my teeth I came home about to cry to my mom and my mom could see it on my face that I didn't enjoy it one bit.never once have I came out of there in pain for a cleaning! I don't know if the lady was new or not but gentle dentistry is not so gentle you should never have to come out of a dentist wanting to cry after getting a CLEANING

Dr Lester is the best. He is so kind and calm. He isn't harsh and judgmental like dentists I've had in the past. Also takes his time numbing you so the shot doesn't hurt as bad. I had a very sweet hygienist as well.

I love Gentle Dentisty! I have had good care and if it takes a little longer, it's done right. I have gone through many dentists and techs. But I still really like them.
