Linda is the office manager at Gentle Dentistry and loves giving great customer service to our patients. Linda started working in dentistry in 2012 and could not dream of doing anything different. I love working in dentistry. I love our patients! It is very rewarding taking care of each and every patient, helping them achieve and maintain a beautiful smile! Linda is highly valued here. She started out in dentistry as a dental assistant and has both front office and clinical experience. She has over thirty plus years of experience in office management and patient care and serves each patient with a warm and caring attitude. Linda, together with her husband, Mark, have four beautiful children and have lived here in Norther n Kentucky for over 50 years.

I was a new patient, didn't even get to see the dentist yet. They already called me to reschedule, said they don't have enough staff. I will be trying to find me a new dentist again.

Horrible always canceling and rescheduling promise you gift cards you never get, take mass x rays and do nothing to fix the problem and they are late for work so hope you like to wait an hour for the dentist to show up from lexington

Since COVID hit, they have become unprofessional. I constantly get calls rescheduling my appointments or asking me to come in earlier than planned. Once, I showed up for my scheduled appointment and was told they didn't have me scheduled and wouldn't see me. The staff is nice, but its incredibly unprofessional to constantly reschedule appointments.

Their name says it all! They are SUPER gentle and tell you everything they are going to do/what to expect so you're always aware. This is the first time in my life that I had a cleaning with zero pain (due to sensitivity and receding gums). I'm so happy to have finally found a dentist that I can actually look forward to visiting!

Receptionist was late to open the building. The dentist & receptionist had to be called in from Louisville to work that day. Dentist then proceeded to soak me with the water pick. Requested my xrays be sent to another office 2 weeks prior & I had to call the day of my new appointment at the other office because they weren't sent!

I've never had a dentist call me back to reschedule something that's been scheduled for almost a month while also being on the priority list the entire time and not getting called for that either, why even offer it at that point? Just seems incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful

DO NOT GO HERE. They don't have hygienists, the oral surgeon cleans your teeth (supposedly). She did an awful job. They took EIGHTEEN XRAYS. I was there in March, and suddenly now I have several cavities that they didn't find. They overbilled my insurance, luckily the insurance declined the claim, and they've called me 4 times to make another appt. Each time I tell them no, but they keep calling. They have no idea who they called and who they didn't. Very very unprofessional office.

The receptionist called me at 7 o'clock in the morning telling me the air-conditioning was not working so they had to cancel my 8 o'clock appointment. So I rescheduled for 8:00 AM three weeks from the original appointment. I show up at 8 o'clock and the doors are locked. I wait around 15 minutes and then left. I called them and left a message, they called me back at 10:41 two and a half hours later and told me the doctor got caught up in traffic and that the receptionist had no key to get in the building. Seriously? Obviously I will never consider this place ever again

Great experience. I broke a tooth and they made it a point to get me in same day. A total relief. I don't numb easy, shared that with the doc, he was very considerate and made certain I was numb before he began. Great people, great service.

I truly dislike going to the dentist but my experience at Gentle Dentistry was amazing. Everyone that works there is so kind and uplifting. They all made me feel so comfortable. Not only was I comfortable but I was actually laughing sitting in the chair. Prices are amazing and so it the sevice. I would definitely recommend Gental Dentistry to anyone needing a dentist.

Very nice and personable staff. I've gone to several dentists in the past with severe pain as they cleaned my teeth. This dentist is extremely gentle and continues to ask if I am comfortable during my check up. Extremely down to earth, would highly recommend if you live in the Northern Kentucky region.
