Very professional office staff. Extremely happy with my doctor and his prognosis. The medical staff was very professional also. The estimate for the cost of the periodontal treatment that needs to be done was very reasonable. I highly recommend them

I am super freaked out by the dentist which landed me where I am today with my teeth. They (all 3 drs) made me feel comfortable and not as scared. They were kind and considerate of my feelings including the front desk staff. My process of fixing my mouth will be starting soon.

I came into the Worcester location for an emergency crown reset. I had an amazing experience! They were able to get me in pretty quickly and the staff was amazing! So friendly and helpful. I left the office with my crown in place and a smile on my face. THANK YOU!

Update on previous review. My 3rd visit was today and I was feel ing very apprehensive And Jessica the hygienist that did my deep cleaning was absolutely phenomenal! She too made me very comfortable. She's also really cute lol that doesn't hurt. But really again I'm so impressed with everybody there they even thanked me for my prior review (see below) I can't say enough about these people! Below is my original review......There's one thing on Earth that scares me the only phobia I really have is the dentist.. That was until Last week I was referred to gentle dental on Shrewsbury street by a friend of mine at work. Everyone from the consultation and even for making the appointment everyone from the receptionist to the doctors and to the oral surgeon who pulled 2 of my teeth yesterday as well as the hygienist every single one of them were absolutely fantastic! They made me feel comfortable, they put my mind at ease and they listened to all my concerns And acted accordingly. If anyone out there is scared of going to a dentist or if you're just looking for a great dentist dont wait to go. Speaking from experience prolinging it only makes it worse! I had a really bad experience elesewhere hence my phobia but I could not recommend these people more! They are absolutely fantastic in every Aspect!

I recently had a retainer break and called Gentle Dental to have repaired. I was seen the same day, was given options and estimates and the work started that day on the repairs. I can't say enough about the pleasant and knowledgeable staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tina Arora-Mohan now for eight years. I first came to her in March of 2014 after a botched root canal and crown at another corporate dentist. The long and short of it, is Dr. Arora saved me and my teeth. I had little to no trust in dentists and low self esteem from how my teeth looked and felt. From the first time I met her, I instantly felt at ease. She was honest and told me there were other priorities that I should take care of first, so that I didn't need more costly implants down the road. I trusted her so much that I followed her plan. Today, eight years later, I finally have a full HEALTHY smile and that is because of Dr. Arora. She spends time with her patients, she gets to know them personally and she LISTENS. I never dread going to an appointment because everyone is so friendly and so fun. I have worked in patient experience for over a decade and it just does not get any better than her and her team. I have never felt pressured, judged or anything aside from valued and well cared for. Same goes for her team, from the front desk staff, to Melanie, to the dental assistants. You can tell Dr. Arora has carefully curated a team that cares for and about their patients and she will tell you that every time you see her. I will forever be loyal to Dr. Arora because she made me feel valued as a person and not just a patient. Thank you Dr. Arora and team for making me feel like the luckiest patient, I am so grateful for you and I will never stop smiling.

Gentle Dental gives me a whole new perspective on dentistry. Dr. Arora is the Best...very professional, and personable at the same time. She suggests what should be done, and then you decide. I had a cleaning, remembering my last one which was brutal. Jessica did a cleaning, gentlely and thoroughly with little or no discomfort. Also personable, and professional. Very clear to me that these people love what they do. Thank you!

I have been going to Gentle Dental in Worcester for several years now and I love the warm reception I always get when arriving for an appointment and the great job that Jessica, My hygienist does on a quarterly basis to combat and slow down the damage done by periodontal disease. She is my hero!
