I had an appointment for November 8th to have my tooth pulled at a different location. I called gentle dental in Woburn at 12:40 to see if they Had any appointments for this week and they had one at 1 o'clock same day I was able to get to the appointment they pulled my tooth I actually joined their membership and save myself over $150 on my visit. The staff was great , state of the art equipment. Fast easy no pain . I am so pleased with my experience.

First, I would like to say that the staff there (x-ray tech, receptionist, and dentists) were VERY nice. I haven't been to a dentists in years and they made my visit very comfortable. The reason for the 1 star review is that I paid $57 dollars that was supposed to cover x-rays, evaluation, recommended future services, AND a basic cleaning. I received everything except a basic cleaning. I stated that the $57 dollars was supposed to include a basic cleaning, however, I was told by the dentist that it was not appropriate since I required deep-scale cleaning ($1440!). I was told that the cost of a basic cleaning would be deducted from the cost of deep-scale cleaning. All I wanted was a basic cleaning. I found that the advertisement was very misleading as it stated that it would indeed cover the basic cleaning. I hope that gentle dental clarifies this on their website.

You're greeted with a warm welcome at the from desk. Your questions are all answered honestly and phone calls are made if not sure The Dr. And her assistant are unbelievable. They give you choices on your treatment plan after thorough exam. You really feel at home. I and my kids fell in love with everyone at Gentle Dental Woburn works the very first day. Had a great experience at Gentle Dental Woburn. I had not been to a dentist in a number of years and was a bit nervous. I was seen the day I called and the staff and Dr. put me at ease. My exam, x-rays and cleaning were done quickly and professionally. Thank you!

I am Gentle Dental girl for sure. Dr. Megan Swanson is awesome !! She did a thorough, gentle cleaning on my teeth . I will definitely continue all my dentist work here at Dental Gentle with Dr. Swanson. There work is worth the money paid for sure. I returned back to them with my children because I have done my braces with them about 9 years ago with Dr. Hoffman. She has done a phenomenal work on my teeth bites correction/straighten them up. Their work is a quality, extreme clean, professional work! Not only that, but the best thing is, they are very friendly, and sympathize. I called those Doctors, a "Family oriented Doctors", Who cares about the well-being of their patients. I recommend them 100% to any one who is reading this comment if you truly care about your Oral health and your overall individual health well-being.
