If I could give this place zero stars I would. DO NOT go here, my mother was racially discriminated against and was poorly treated by the reception staff. They asked for her social security, which they shouldn't at s dental office. She is also partially deaf and needs assistance and she was told by the receptionist "can't she read lips" as in insult. They didn't want to provide assistance to her to due to her disability. Very unprofessional staff. Will be reaching out to corporate and news channels. Stay away from here.

I wish I checked the reviews before going here. The dentist was not in which was the point of the visit as I had just relocated to the area and was looking for a new dentist. They told me I needed a deep gum cleaning, which is surprising as it had never been an issue at all my prior dental checkups. While there was no wait I now know why.

The absolutely worst place to go for dental care. I just got a call from a collection officer saying I owe $270 for care from April 2021. That's 1.5 years ago. I had provided my husband's insurance as a secondary but they said they didn't have it on file. They then claimed that they called me multiple times about the bill, which never happened. I switched dentists summer 2021 because I was sick and tired of Gentle Dental's shady practices, and I guess this was their way of getting that last $$$ from me lol. These people should not be in the healthcare industry.

DO NOT come here, if you want a regular cleaning covered by Insurance. No dentist was in the whole office on my appointment day. An assistant took a full mouth X-ray. Then a hygienist examined my teeth. I have three implants, but she identified only one, obviously not checking my X-ray carefully. In a few quick minutes, she diagnosed gum diseases and recommended deep pocket cleaning. I only wanted regular cleaning. She refused to do just that and sent in a business manager. The manager initially said that she was a "licensed assistant" to make treatment decisions, but later backed off on having a license. Her refusal to provide regular cleaning was based on my "out of medical treatment compliance." So a recommendation by the quick hygienist turned into a mandate by the business manager. The manager also claimed that deep cleaning was covered by my insurance, which I knew was untrue. Susan turned very rude when challenged. I routinely cleaned my teeth twice a year and was never suggested for deep cleaning. I came here just because I switched insurance. While I was in the waiting room, a man was at the front desk disputing a huge surprise bill, not covered by insurance. This is a money machine operated by a business manager.

I have an appointment with a dentist today afternoon. I took my day off to get a consultation with him, Dr. Mohammed Khaled, periodontist. The reason I made an appointment with him is that the staff confirmed me that he would accept my dental insurance. I waited two hours until seeing him. His bed side manner was the worst and I was almost crying with feeling offended by his attitude. I can't believe how he can practice the medicine with such rude attitude and offensive bed side manner in this century. I would like to rate him with below zero but there is no option here. I learned such bad experience with a doctor can hurt my emotion. This dental office also desires to get a bad review as well since I ended up knowing that he doesn't accept my insurance. If the staff didn't give me a false confirmation earlier, I would not wait my time and ruin my day today! Avoid this dental office. There are much better and professional dental offices everywhere.

Do not go here, not only do i see they give everyone the same diagnosis, read the reviews, its a cash grab. My underage daughter was spoken to inappropriately by staff there, "my co-worker is crushing on you" So the adult staff are talking about my 15 year old daughter in the back? What the f is going on here, just called the manager, she yelled and denied it, reporting the incident to corporate as well. Do not go here, wish i read the reviews first.

Everyone in the back was understanding, friendly, and helpful. Susan is the best! I was surprised to see the other reviews here.

These guys are terrible. They are absolutely horrible when communicating the costs of any of their services. they told me that i would be charged a total of 164$ but the bill came out to be 562$ In their defense, they said that they showed me the details of the costing and I signed it, which is true, but the sheet contained at least 20 different costs. So technically, I am at fault, not going to deny that, but I feel cheated. Felt like a typical case of swindling a customer by bombarding with various numbers and making the communication as convoluted as possible.

The worst dental service anyone could have. They confirmed my appointment for my ortho on November 16 and they finally said that they don't have any appointments registered which is clearly their mistake. When I called they were rude and cut the call immediately.

If I can only give -star review, I would! The person who handles this place (manager) is extremely rude. No customer service and very loud. My family got embarrassed here many times because she talks very loud to people, she didn't care about patient's confidentiality and I felt it is because of our race. She responds in a very sarcastic and very rude manner. This place clearly only care about business and money. Because a wrong person runs that place. Total opposite of their description here. Don't be deceived. A lot of people already left a negative reviews here. Don't be one of us.

Beware .. Stay away from this place !! Please . This is my first honest negative review . This place is crazy , they intimidate patients for no reason and try to upsell their products to patients even though they may not need it . Terrible They are understaffed and very unprofessional front desk . The hygienist scared me to death saying I had Gum disease . and that I needed a deep cleaning and antibiotic treatment , they quoted $3800 worth deep cleaning in the name of prophylaxis . I did not have any symptom Of gum disease . The dentist ( Dr. Quazi) didn't bother to talk to me after the hygienist who made the diagnosis on her own . I was shocked by how unprofessional this place is . They refused to do a basic cleaning saying I had to only do deep cleaning . I knew something was wrong and I walked without without accepting to their diagnosis After a week I saw another dentist for second opinion . She said that I had no signs of gum disease and deep cleaning is not required and that my teeth looked fine . She just asked me to floss and brush twice . Gentle dental wants to make money and that's their motive , bad bad place .. making WRONG DIAGNOSIS for profit sake

I was referred here from an emergency dental line and was able to get a same day appointment which was nice. I came in because a small part of my gum was swollen and I just wanted to get it looked at to make sure it wasn't anything serious and if there was food stuck, I wanted it cleaned out. They barely looked at the problem area and gave me 3 or 4 things that I needed to have done when only one of them even had anything to do with the problem area. When I tried to ask questions about why I needed all of these procedures they kept giving very quick and unhelpful responses that really didn't make sense. When I decided on just doing a regular clean they rushed through it and didn't even try to look at or clean the problem area which was the whole reason that I came in. The only reason this is getting two instead of one star is because after getting a second opinion, they were somewhat correct about how to treat my swollen gum. However, they insisted that what they suggested was my only option and the swelling would not go down on its own, which was incorrect. The lack of explanation and extra procedures that they were pushing felt unprofessional and unnecessary and the whole experience just felt very cold and unwelcoming.

It is a bit hard to know what to make of this place. My wife has went there several years, and I just went there for my first appointment. Things took longer than at my previous dentist, and involved about twice as many people. But the quality of the work done seemed fine. But there was a constant sense that they were trying to upsell me. They seem OK, but I think the customer here needs to exert a certain pushback against offerings of additional treatments beyond what was requested. Bottom line - I'm torn between really liking these people (they are very nice) and feeling uncomfortable (the car lot sales experience).
