This is a very ethical practice. If you are seeking opiates (with refills, like some reviewers appear to be!), this is not the place for you. I have had repeated excellent experiences and refuse to go anywhere else. Dr. Pandhi is super nice and does not try to upsell me on unnecessary services, as many dentists have tried to do in the past. Taylor is a phenomenal hygienist and gets every stain off of my teeth...they look like I had a professional whitening job! The front desk staff is also very kind and competent, and they follow honest billing practices (not every dental office does this, sadly). The office is clean, comfortable, and inviting. Highly recommended!

Waited 90 minutes for a cleaning and the dentist tried to convince me that my tooth stains were cavities. Nice x-ray tech, though. Same story as below about "cracks" in back fillings needing a cap. I'm glad I didn't follow through and experience what the other reviewer went through. Another fun fact: they take 1-2 weeks to process records requests and charge for Xrays printouts.

All the staff and doctors are very nice, they explain the full process to you and give you their recommendations. And they don't make you feel bad if you need a lot of work done

Dr myung and lead dental assistant Senada were amazing they did a great job, they listened to my anxieties and were very accommodating and made me feel very comfortable. Best dentist experience I've ever had hands down, 5/5 rating great staff that actually cares!

I truly wish I had experienced the service that the reviewer who gave 4 and 5 stars did. When, I got off of work, I had been experiencing pain in my front tooth. So, I went without an appointment since they have late hours. I was accommodated, after filling out paperwork and front desk confirmed that I had INSURANCE. I explained the pain I was in, and that my gum was swollen, causing the pain. An x-ray was taken, and I was shown a dark mass, and told I would have to come back and speak with the Doctor, in the mean time a prescription was issued with NO REFILLS!!!! And I have a infected gum, the pain was intense. Also they tried to have me do a cleaning, with an infected gum, and in extreme pain. So the prescription was for 7 pills. I go back about a week and half later the Doctor never brought out the x-ray, to discuss the mass on my gum!!!! Just that stated I need to have a Root Canal done. I tried to advise him of the concern with another tooth, to which he ignored me. And stated the ladies at the front desk will schedule the procedure and lead me out to the front desk, where I was handed a paper, for close to $2000.00. I told them I call when I am ready. NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN. Bottom line I did not need a Root Canal, just treatment for infected gum. AWFUL, to want to perform a procedure unnecessarily is unethical. An oath was taken, and this group has no concerns for people suffering on Making quotas Financially. Awful

First time at this location, in pain and needing a lot of dental work that was going to cost quite a bit. The hygienist was amazing and showed me a payment plan that I qualified for. Excellent customer service all around from everyone. Highly recommend!

Gentle Dentle in Saugus, Ma, immediately made me feel extremely comfortable from the time I opened their door to my exam till the time I left, extremely knowledgeable staff, very caring and helpful explaining my needs for my upcoming surgery for wisdom teeth this upcoming Thursday .. Full confidence and zero anxiety because of my initial appointment and 1st time at Gentle Dentle!! Never hesitate to see them for all your dental needs!!

The sign outside looks a bit dated, but inside was clean and fresh. Everyone was super friendly and kept checking in on how I was doing. My gums were pretty sensitive during the cleaning so Dr. Myung put numbing gel on to help me. Would highly recommend this office!
