    Roderick Place was named COO of InterDent in 2017 and assumed Co-Leadership as Chief Executive Officer in 2018. Mr. Place has extensive experience transforming private equity backed healthcare companies through his strategic leadership, focus on operational excellence, clinical leadership collaboration, and structuring of field operations and corporate support teams. Mr. Place is also accomplished in leading boards and executive teams through expansive growth in mergers & acquisitions, DeNovo, due diligence and market consolidation. Before joining InterDent, Mr. Place served in executive level operations roles with Western Dental, MedQuest Associates and Alliance Healthcare. Mr. Place is also the Managing Director and Co-Founder of MedSummit Solutions, LLC. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Grand Valley State University.

    Matthew Wickesberg joined InterDent as EVP/CFO in 2016 and assumed Co-Leadership as Executive Vice Chairman two years later. In 2019, he was further elevated to Co-Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Wickesberg is an experienced board member, executive officer, and lender with a deep background in multi-site hospitality and healthcare industries. He is also experienced working with lending institutions and private equity firms through structuring capital, due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, and uncovering portfolio synergies. Prior to joining InterDent, Mr. Wickesberg served in various senior finance roles with HOA Restaurant Group, ZTejas, Inc., and GE Capital. Mr. Wickesberg received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Oklahoma State University and his MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

    Dr. Heather Hawkins has committed her career to patient care while understanding current healthcare trends and value-based comprehensive care. Dr. Hawkins has an expansive clinical, academic and operational background, including leading medical-dental integration as well as quality and risk management for multi-site healthcare organizations. After 12 years of practicing general dentistry, she expanded her skills with several key roles in academia. In 2012 she joined the team at Adventist Health in Northern California, a multi-site health care organization with over 5,000 medical and dental staff physicians, as the Director of Quality. In her leadership role there, Dr. Hawkins led expansion and integration across the health system with medical and dental clinic management and an emphasis on comprehensive care models addressing patient risk factors, active disease and preventative measures. Dr. Hawkins earned her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from Nova Southeastern University in Florida and her Advanced Education in General Dentistry Certification from Virginia Commonwealth University.

    Dr. Manu Chaudhry has dedicated his career in the pursuit of dental health care, improving clinical quality and access to care, and transforming delivery of care to improve overall health outcomes. He is a dynamic and mission-driven leader with extensive leadership experience over multi-region dental practices, and has also founded multiple collaborative organizations that reduce oral and overall health disparities. Dr. Chaudhry is a board member of Healthier Kids Foundation and holds a Masters of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from University of the Pacific.

    Sandra Lau is a seasoned legal adviser with over fourteen years experience acting as General Counsel of multiple dental healthcare corporations. Ms. Laus responsibilities include advising executive management, supporting strategic growth initiatives, overseeing all aspects of the corporate legal function including HIPAA, state and federal regulatory compliance, corporate transactions and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and risk and litigation management. Before Joining InterDent, Ms. Lau served as General Counsel at Western Dental. Ms. Lau holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Juris Doctor from Loyola Marymount University.

    Bernard Piccione has extensive experience across a wide range of industries delivering complex enterprise-scale information technology solutions to achieve major global business value and objectives. Mr. Piccione excels at driving sustainable business growth through IT modernization, solution development, and global transformation initiatives while building strong partnerships to better leverage technology solutions. Prior to joining InterDent, Mr. Piccione served as CIO for Ingenuity Advisory Partners, Inc., Complex Care Solutions, Inc., and MagnaCare. Mr. Piccione holds a Bachelors and Masters in Computer Science from Boston University.

    Darrin Kellaris is a senior marketing executive with over 20 years experience specializing in digital marketing, social media, and brand strategy. Mr. Kellaris offers a record of success in creating and driving marketing strategies that strengthen revenue, margins, and market share by elevating brand authenticity and relevance. At InterDent, he leads all aspects of marketing including digital and social media, brand positioning, and performance analytics. Prior to joining InterDent, he led marketing efforts at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and IHOP. Mr. Kellaris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from San Diego State University.

    Diane Stern brings almost 20 years of dental services organizational experience specializing in organizational design and strategic partnering. Ms. Stern is responsible for Human Resources planning and strategy for recruiting, retention, benefits and performance management. She built her HR leadership experience through roles at Coast Dental, PrimeCo Wireless Communications and LabCorp where she focused on employee programs to increase engagement and satisfaction along with operational efficiencies. Ms. Stern holds a Bachelors degree in English Literature, Education, and Business from the University of Tampa and volunteers at KMR Group Foundation.

    Worst customer service experience! Keep getting billed for basic services that my insurance has covered over 16 years. Called at least 5 times to resolve, given them my insurance info twice and just got another bill! Absolutely ridiculous! I feel like they only care about getting money out of their clients.

    Gentle Dental is a warm , caring and welcoming office that puts all of your care and concerns first. The dentistry is fabulous, comforting and you are always the number one concern. The staff just makes my day every time I come to the office. There is no apprehension here- because they make sure you are always ok and have no worries. Dr. George is my new friend- she is a great dentist and I look forward to seeing her and the staff every time I come to the office! I couldn't be happier to have found them!!

    I've been going to Gentle Dental my whole life but just started going to the Salmon Creek location in the last year. This is BY FAR the best location I have visited. They have the nicest and most encouraging staff i've ever experienced. I've been struggling for the past couple years with a few oral problems and instead of making me feel less than or like a burden because of them, they have always pushed me to get better and make even the smallest improvements seem like the best thing ever. They constantly cheer me on and make me feel special (which no dentist is required to do being they see so many patients daily). I highly recommend this location for any dental care needs! No matter where I move in the area whether this is the closest location or not I will be sticking with Salmon Creek! it

    Interesting that someone else had an amazing experience with a crown at Gentle Dental. I had the opposite experience. I had two crowns put in in 2021. One crown came off in September 2022. Gentle Dental couldn't find me in their system, and they were unwilling to negotiate the price with me. I signed a paper before my appointment that said the whole appointment would cost $80. After I had the Novocain, they slid another paper in front of my face for me to sign. This one was for $103 , so my appointment ended up costing me $180. I asked the doctor if she could help me with the price because I had the crown put on at Salmon Creek Gentle Dental by Dr. Yee, but she said that there was nothing wrong with the crown, it just came off. If the crown had cracked, they would have replaced it for free, but they don't cover their workmanship. She even told me that the reason the crown came off early is because the crown was not filed down enough and it was affecting my bite. So, in a nutshell, my crown is comfortable now, but I had to pay for it two times. I will not be returning to Gentle Dental.

    I have been a patient at Gentle Dental Salmon Creek for years. I enthusiastically recommend this office. The office staff is quick to get you in and out, the hygienist, Kelsey, is great and Dr. Yes is fantastic. They explain everything, they are patient, and, as the name says, they are gentle. For years I dreaded going to the dentist and consequently I was a dental wreck when I went in. No judgements, just help and excellent treatment. Now I actually enjoy visits and my teeth feel healthier than they have been in years. These people are great.

    I had a second crown put in by Gentle Dental in Salmon Creek and this one was very smooth and steam lined. Both the dentist and her assistant were awesome! They were always concerned that I was doing good and had no pain. Very friendly with great customer service! I highly recommend them to anyone who has dental needs!

    Had a lot of anxiety at first, but Dr. Yee proved to be very caring and helpful over the course of a lot of fillings and root canals that I needed after a long period of not getting dental care while overseas. The office accommodated my work schedule and was able to schedule most of the work for evenings and weekends. Very thankful for my experience here.

    I have now been with Gentle Dental Salmon Creek for at least 5 months or more, and I would like to share my experience for those who are looking for great dentist who actually cares and addresses your own concerns. Unlike some of my dentists in the past, who always put profit over the patient's well being, I was treated entirely the opposite here. When my jaws were hurting so bad due to some recent misplaced dental treatments before I came to this practice, Dr. Yee was concerned, so she left no stone unturned to dive into my past dental history, interviewed me to narrow down reasons for my pain, had a thorough xray done to my teeth, she then took the time to explain her findings. Then she began to recommend courses of action to tackle the problem. What took me by surprise is how insigntful and caring she is to her patients without being pushy to insist everything she recommends me to do. She left the options for me to decide. I really appreciate her time, expertise, and thoughtfulness extended to me. Furthermore, of all the teeth that were impacted by past treatments from elsewhere, she was willing to handle the most difficult one first, my one tooth that was 85% covered by fillings 30 some years ago, and the xray showed a possibility of infection. I've been to at least 6-7 dentists in the past 30 odd years and none of them even bought it up! Another time when she did a root canal on me, it was such a pleasant experience. There was no pain, and the tooth healed nicely afterwards. While she was working on me, I witnessed the best working relationship she has with her dental assistant. They were working harmoniously, efficiently, as if two hearts beat into one without having to either remind each other what the other persons needs, at the right tempo, right speed, right timing. I had been with other dental practice where the dentist kept belittling the dental assistant to the pulp, it was intense under the drill at that time. I am happy it was not the case here. The front office was also cordial and professional. Every billing question is addressed quickly and checked thoroughly. I am grateful to Dr Yee and all the staff for such a pleasant dental experience when I just had a nightmare experience elsewhere.

    Really nice people...but on three separate occasions (at 2 different locations!) they have tried to money gouge me or manipulate my insurance/situation to a point where my insurance doesn't cover everything and I have to pay them money...Also not very good communication between their locations. I was contacted by them to cancel from one location and reschedule at another and then that location did not know I had been contacted and rescheduled! Just A Whole lot of frustration, months waiting and extra cost you probably don't need unless you have AMAZING dental insurance.

    This is one of the BEST dental places to visit in Vancouver if you need anything done with your teeth. The staff is friendly, Doctor Yee makes you feel super comfortable, and they do a professional job without having to spend thousands of dollars. For anyone with DeltaCare Insurance through Costco: They're phasing out this plan by 2023 so you'll have to switch to another insurance plan by next year but it's the best $282 I've spent in a while. Highly recommended! They also didn't check my blood pressure which I appreciate since everyone usually gets nervous going into dental appointments.

    Several problems after multiple visits. 15 minutes of paperwork to tell me insurance did not go through after being seen before. Okay, odd, I can come back. 40 minutes later, we are so sorry, insurance went through when can we get you in? Can you come in tomorrow for 1pm but no hygenttist is available? Okay, what does that mean? You will not get a cleaning. So what is the point of coming in for the cleaning appointment if there will be no cleaning. Saturday at 8am work for you? Yes, schedule it. Saturday morning text at 7am, reminder, your appointment is at 8:00 am. On arrival, we rescheduled your appointment, the number was wrong. Was it the number I am getting text on and the same number you personally called me on? Yes same number. No doctor is here and they "could lose their license. "

    I went there only once because I did not like the wait time. Even though I was the only person there, it took me 35 minutes to get serviced, I have no idea why not I was given any explanation. The cleaning was very rough compared to other Gentle Dental Clinic in Camas.

    After spending over 600$ here out of pocket my teeth are in worse shape than when I started coming. I had multiple small fillings because of enamel erosion but had 2 of them fall off and worse sensitivity than before I had them work on my teeth.
