Amazing office! As a new patient of Gental Dental of Rochester NH I felt very welcome and comfortable with the staff. Perfecto was super upbeat and made me feel great about the entire process of taking X-ray. Dr E is extremely detailed oriented and skilled. What a wonderful personality as well, very kind and honest. If your looking for a great dental office this is it.

The staff was very professional. I was very nervous going as I admit not being to a dentist in awhile but they made me feel very comfortable. By the time I left I was not nervous about having to go back. When they gentle that they were. Perfecto and Dr. E are amazing!!

Update practice called me and asked me to take down my review here and I said no- now they are trying to persuade clients to not speak the truth. Also forgot to mention they said they didn't write my appt down and told me to come back at 2pm when they realized I wasn't insured the 11 am spot I booked months ago they claimed I did not opened back up since I was a cash paying patient. They don't accept state insurance and try to take advantage of you if you don't have dental coverage that isn't state insurance. Kind perosn who did my cleaning but if you have NH medicade they don't take it and will nickel and dime you for every cent. Was told I have 6 cavities I have two bad ones and one little spot on 4. Said that to try to get approx 3 grand out of me . That won't be happening

Very professional office. Really good hygienist who did a very good job cleaning. I wish they worked with those of us who don't have dental insurance more. It feels more like a sales office than a medical center.

What an amazing team from the front desk staff to the hygienist Perfecto (who by the way has amazing calming personality)and then obviously the dentist Dr. E (who has also a calming personality) I had a tooth extraction a very hard one at that. Dr. E and Perfecto made it painless and comfortable. They talked me through every step. They really make a great team!!! This isn't a dentist office where you are a number. They truly care about the patient well being.

I have huge dental anxiety. I also had an infected tooth that forced me to face my anxiety and go to the dentist. This place was amazing! The doctor is so kind, gentle and compassionate. Every single person there was actually. The assistants were great at making sure I was comfortable and knew exactly what was happening when. I also don't have insurance. They offer a plan for $99 that covers unlimited exams and X Rays and 15% off of procedures. I decided to purchase the plan and it has already paid for itself 3X over. I 100% recommend going to gentle dental in Rochester.

Nothing but great things to say about Gentle Dental Rochester and their amazing staff. Perfecto and Dr. Entezari are both very kind and make you feel very comfortable throughout the process. I had a root canal and the procedure was quick and pain free! I would recommend Gentle Dental Rochester to anyone looking for a great dental experience!

Ended up having a tooth removed, and considering the type of procedure it was it was my third tooth having been removed in my life first one gentle dental did and they did a great job no pain after the novocaine wore off everything went smooth.

The dental staff is great. Wished Amy was in at the desk so I didn't deal with the whispers, ladies be a bit more professional. You could have addressed anything with me concerning my account. I am not difficult when it comes talking to I don't flip out.

Had a great experience and was well taken care of by Dr. Navid Entezari and his assistant I believe he said his name was Perfecto! I was in for oral surgery and one tooth was broken pretty badly and Dr. Entezari was able to extract it perfectly with out it breaking apart which is impressive to say the least. They are both very noligiable and professional. They are a great team and worked amazing together. I was very happy with my experience Thier and will be going back as my permanent Dentist.
