I really enjoyed my visit to this Gentle Dental office in Quincy. The waiting room was very comfortable, and the front desk team was very kind and helpful. Also the team of dentists whom attended me were very professional and kind as well. I did a cleaning and it was a good and quick procedure. I recommend this dental office to anyone living in Quincy, I had a wonderful experience there.

IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE THE FRONT DESK WAS WARM AND WELCOMING GAVE ME INFO ON MY INSURANCE BENEFITS EVEN PRINTED THEM OUT FOR ME WITHOUT ASKING THE PLACE IS SO CLEAN. THE DENTIST EXPLAINED EACH AND EVERY STEP THEY WERE TAKING EVEN MADE MY APPT FOR ME AS TO WHAT APPT I NEEDED NEXT. AFFORDABLE PRICES. I HAVE SHOPPED AROUND AND THEY HAD BEST PRICES. just had my cleaning and check up at Gentle Dental Quincy. Staff was fantastic and Robin Bayles (my Hygeienist) was her usual awesome self. Makes the visit very comfortable and she does a great job

Hi, I usually don't do this, but I wanted everyone to beware when they make an appointment and go ahead in the door of Gentle dental on Hancock st in Quincy. This is how it went. 1. Made appointment for annual cleaning 2. Went in the office ( gave my delta dental insurance info so they could verify my coverage. Explained my company went out of business and my ins will not be active for much longer. (signed a short stack of disclosures) 3. Went in for my cleaning (but wait) started x-rays normal I guess if your insurance covers it. Sat down in the chair and the hygienist started talking about some other exam. I've been through this before I said. I really just want my annual cleaning. So I asked that if you are not planning on cleaning my teeth I would rather just stop this now. The hygienist left the room. I Assumed she was getting the Closer. 4. The dentist/owner manager came in to start telling me I don't know what I need. I said my want was to have my teeth cleaned as it is covered from my insurance. My need was for you to do what I asked and it needs to be with in my dental coverage. I asked are you going to do the service I came in for, and clean my teeth today as I requested at the time of my appointment. She could not commit because she said they won't be enough time today, and I would need to waste more of my time to come back to this office which did not care about my insurance coverage/ my time or my wants. I would have given a zero but the staff up front was pleasant but I'm not sure about there objectives. These folks accomplished none of what I asked for and wasted hour of my time, helped me accomplish nothing as promised with my appointment. THEN THEY HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE ME $125 bucks because the X-rays they took Are not covered by insurance I did not ask for (x-rays) only a cleaning which they refused todo at the visit as soon as I signed and sat in the chair. Smh BAD SERVICE UMABLE TO READ COVERAGES BILLED FOR UNACCEPTABLE-Im
