    Roderick Place was named COO of InterDent in 2017 and assumed Co-Leadership as Chief Executive Officer in 2018. Mr. Place has extensive experience transforming private equity backed healthcare companies through his strategic leadership, focus on operational excellence, clinical leadership collaboration, and structuring of field operations and corporate support teams. Mr. Place is also accomplished in leading boards and executive teams through expansive growth in mergers & acquisitions, DeNovo, due diligence and market consolidation. Before joining InterDent, Mr. Place served in executive level operations roles with Western Dental, MedQuest Associates and Alliance Healthcare. Mr. Place is also the Managing Director and Co-Founder of MedSummit Solutions, LLC. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Grand Valley State University.

    Matthew Wickesberg joined InterDent as EVP/CFO in 2016 and assumed Co-Leadership as Executive Vice Chairman two years later. In 2019, he was further elevated to Co-Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Wickesberg is an experienced board member, executive officer, and lender with a deep background in multi-site hospitality and healthcare industries. He is also experienced working with lending institutions and private equity firms through structuring capital, due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, and uncovering portfolio synergies. Prior to joining InterDent, Mr. Wickesberg served in various senior finance roles with HOA Restaurant Group, ZTejas, Inc., and GE Capital. Mr. Wickesberg received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Oklahoma State University and his MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

    Dr. Heather Hawkins has committed her career to patient care while understanding current healthcare trends and value-based comprehensive care. Dr. Hawkins has an expansive clinical, academic and operational background, including leading medical-dental integration as well as quality and risk management for multi-site healthcare organizations. After 12 years of practicing general dentistry, she expanded her skills with several key roles in academia. In 2012 she joined the team at Adventist Health in Northern California, a multi-site health care organization with over 5,000 medical and dental staff physicians, as the Director of Quality. In her leadership role there, Dr. Hawkins led expansion and integration across the health system with medical and dental clinic management and an emphasis on comprehensive care models addressing patient risk factors, active disease and preventative measures. Dr. Hawkins earned her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from Nova Southeastern University in Florida and her Advanced Education in General Dentistry Certification from Virginia Commonwealth University.

    Dr. Manu Chaudhry has dedicated his career in the pursuit of dental health care, improving clinical quality and access to care, and transforming delivery of care to improve overall health outcomes. He is a dynamic and mission-driven leader with extensive leadership experience over multi-region dental practices, and has also founded multiple collaborative organizations that reduce oral and overall health disparities. Dr. Chaudhry is a board member of Healthier Kids Foundation and holds a Masters of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from University of the Pacific.

    Sandra Lau is a seasoned legal adviser with over fourteen years experience acting as General Counsel of multiple dental healthcare corporations. Ms. Laus responsibilities include advising executive management, supporting strategic growth initiatives, overseeing all aspects of the corporate legal function including HIPAA, state and federal regulatory compliance, corporate transactions and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and risk and litigation management. Before Joining InterDent, Ms. Lau served as General Counsel at Western Dental. Ms. Lau holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Juris Doctor from Loyola Marymount University.

    Bernard Piccione has extensive experience across a wide range of industries delivering complex enterprise-scale information technology solutions to achieve major global business value and objectives. Mr. Piccione excels at driving sustainable business growth through IT modernization, solution development, and global transformation initiatives while building strong partnerships to better leverage technology solutions. Prior to joining InterDent, Mr. Piccione served as CIO for Ingenuity Advisory Partners, Inc., Complex Care Solutions, Inc., and MagnaCare. Mr. Piccione holds a Bachelors and Masters in Computer Science from Boston University.

    Darrin Kellaris is a senior marketing executive with over 20 years experience specializing in digital marketing, social media, and brand strategy. Mr. Kellaris offers a record of success in creating and driving marketing strategies that strengthen revenue, margins, and market share by elevating brand authenticity and relevance. At InterDent, he leads all aspects of marketing including digital and social media, brand positioning, and performance analytics. Prior to joining InterDent, he led marketing efforts at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and IHOP. Mr. Kellaris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from San Diego State University.

    Diane Stern brings almost 20 years of dental services organizational experience specializing in organizational design and strategic partnering. Ms. Stern is responsible for Human Resources planning and strategy for recruiting, retention, benefits and performance management. She built her HR leadership experience through roles at Coast Dental, PrimeCo Wireless Communications and LabCorp where she focused on employee programs to increase engagement and satisfaction along with operational efficiencies. Ms. Stern holds a Bachelors degree in English Literature, Education, and Business from the University of Tampa and volunteers at KMR Group Foundation.

    I went in for my appt at 4 I had to wait for 20 minutes which is fine don't get me wrong. I had X-rays and a cleaning. They seem to be rushing me through everything. Then they sit me down on an exam chair and I wait 30 minutes it's already 5:10 im waiting for them to do the cleaning but instead they usher me out of the practice saying it's past 5. I was not late or rude in anyway. Just thought it was unprofessional and unorganized.

    I love my new dentist friendly, courteous staff. Dr. Mc Gregor & Lily and staff are wonderful, personable and answers any questions you have regarding your dental care. Lily is very knowledgeable and patient with me when explaining my insurance coverage. I met Dr Mc Gregor for the first time today and she is very gentle and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable & cared for. It's like visiting friends. Awesome staff and would recommend them to anyone! Minguis B.

    I had a great experience getting a routine dental cleaning at Gentle Dental Perris. The staff was polite and professional. The office manager Lily was helpful and nice when answering my questions. Doctor McGregor was gentle and kind when I recieved the cleaning. The treatment coordinator Dominga was very respectful and clear when describing how the treatment plan is designed for my individual needs. I recommend speaking to Dominga for any clarification on what is entailed during the appointment and/or what possible treatments will further your health and/or what exams your insurance covers for you. She is very informative! I definitely recommend Gentle Dental to my friends and family."

    I highly recommend this dental office. Dr. McGregor is awesome she gave me options on what can be done with my teeth, were other locations they just wanted to take my teeth out while I know that I still have good teeth left. She was able to work out an option that worked for me and saved my good teeth. if you want options come here. Dominga and Lily are very knowledgeable and worked with my insurance and explained everything my insurance covered and things that could wait till next year so i would not go over my maximum. Excellent place.

    I had my dental visit with Dr. McGregor and it was the best experience. Im usually terrified of the dentist. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. I had my crown done and looks great. Lily went over all my insurance in depth and answered all my questions with in regards to my portion. Dominga is extremely friendly and super nice. Felt very inviting. I highly recommend Gentle Dental of Perris

    I made an appointment for the ortho on a Thursday. Took the day off of work and after being confirmed the receptionist informed me the date was moved for 2 weeks out. With immense pain and now a loss of a days work I will have to wait until the 2 more weeks go by. Horrible communication.

    Dentist and some of the staff are extremely unprofessional. Some of them gossip about each other right in front of patients. I waited in a room for over an hour. No reason or apology was given.

    I have been here for almost 10 years. I am so fed up with Lilly. I absolutely abhor her attitude. She is never friendly over the phone. I called today not even a Hi or Happy New Year first thing she said "so you need to cancel your appointment " .I tried to book a following month appointment for sometime around or after 10am AND no appointment is available yet they double book appointments and you have to wait for them. I dont mind waiting but I work 80 hours a week I am not waking up at 7am to go to the dentist unless I have to. It was a chore for her to simply accommodate my request. It was heaven when she was out of the office. I will never come back as long as she is there. I am so sick of the attitude. I shouldn't feel like I'm in trouble when I cancel an appointment. She has threatened "fees" even during covid if I cancel but they NEVER answer the phone so I had to start emailing her. Really? There is no reason for this we all have to be nimble . Including the dentist office. I really wish that she would get her attitude together. I'm tired of accepting her behavior. On top of all this I'm sick which is why I canceled. Get it together I'm not the only review saying you have a problem at this location with professional behavior. I called the main office to transfer my file because there is not a single chance I'm putting up with her anymore.

    Employees are nice, but they don't really inform you well and pay options are very limited. The Doctor barely explained anything to me and looked as if she didn't care so much. Going to a different dentist

    The staff is friendly and the doctor is very efficient. I'm always very nervous to go to the dentist because I'm scared of the pain but I felt nothing and they were able to start the procedure same day of my evaluation which was great. They offer payment plans and discounts and making an appointment was very easy I'm very pleased with this office and Dr McGregor.

    So usually when a patient is appointed a deep cleaning they break up the process into two different appoinments because of how painful they can be...I asked if I can get it all done regardless that day just to get it over with. Hilary the hygienist at this Gentle dental office did a great job on making the experience painless. She was professional, understanding, and over all gentle during the whole "painful" procedure...I personally would get another deep cleaning all in one session here again.

    Do not go here. Ad shows $50.00 office visit. They offer dental plan for $59.00 when you go in. If you do not get their plan then your office visit is $109.00. plus extra if you have x-rays and anything else you have done. So you have to except their plan no matter what. There is no privacy. No doors on rooms. Some rooms don't even have a wall separating you from other patients. Other patients are able to hear everything you or they say. They have caused me so much stress and disappoint it's unreal.
