I had a horrible experience here and I will never go back. The experience is in the way they treat there people. You really don't want to go here. The dentist was fine, the staff rate less than one. I was told my co-pay was $38.00. Than after the surgery, gee they forgot something and than it was $81.00. Than I received another bill for $51.00. So I called them but no one answered even thought they had over 5 staff members when I was in there. So I left a message. After three day and NO CALL Back I went in there and asked about the bill and again they forgot something. THE MONEY was not the issue. I like for people to be honest with me and tell me what I owe. I will never go back. To many other good dentist out there that will be up front with you and not FIND EXTRA charges to bill you for.

I am a huge fan of Gentle Dental. From the incredibly helpful and friendly ladies at the front desk, to Dr. Young fixing my obnoxious teeth issues, to Dr. Reese for making my smile even more beautiful with braces and I cannot forget their assistants that are on point as well. I never thought it would be possible to have all my teeth problems fixed, but after Dr. Young directed me to Delta Dental and the amazing savings I am on my way to a smile I can be proud of and healthier teeth also! Even before the insurance, I would have been able to do it with their prices being VERY reasonable and they even offer payments. I was so thankful I saw their sign and took a chance. They are making this lady's dream come true and doing it with warmth and happiness. I can't say enough good things about this wonderful group of people! They always go above and beyond for an excellent dental experience. Thank You!!

Dr. Young is awesome! I enjoy going here, the staff is super nice, and I hate going to doctors offices. This dental office always make me feel super comfortable and never make me stressed out. If you have a question, they answer it nicely, no matter how silly it is!

This review does not apply to all patients - they are probably great for many patients. This review does, however, apply to any patients who have Celiac disease. This Gentle Dental office does not provide appropriate care to patients with Celiac disease. My wife has it, and attended, listing Celiac on her entry forms. All the same, that day, her mouth was rinsed with a solution that contained gluten and she experienced symptoms. I contacted the office not to accuse them, but merely to inform them and to try to work with them to keep her safe on the next visit. Still, they oddly denied having rinsed her mouth and weren't interested in examining whether this information could be used to prevent glutening the next person. Upon requesting the ingredients of the products that would be in the next visit, they were very vague like, "It doesn't have gluten" although the product had "flavoring" in it, or they'd give product names like "prophy paste", which it turns out is a generic term for over 20 different brands, making it impossible for me to look up the ingredients. Changing tactics, I asked if they could use products that we requested that we knew to be gluten free, and they said flatly, no. They also stated that if we "refused" or then corrected themselves to say "couldn't take" ioRinse, they would not provide my wife with care. We were not trying to be difficult, Celiac disease is a very real medical diagnosis and being glutened can have serious consequences. They don't seem to really understand the condition, or what it means to have gluten in a product. Instead, of returning, we posted to a Celiac group on Facebook and were eventually referred to Dr. Seuss at Clackamas Smiles. We recommend that if you have Celiac disease, don't go to Gentle Dental for even an initial assessment, because they will gluten you and they don't care.

I absolutely love my Hygienist and Dentsist. The Manager Samantha and the staff greet each patient with a smile, while always making sure that I leave understanding whatever future treatment that I might have and going over all financials before hand.. I look forward to my next dental visit and I trust that I will receive the best care during each and every visit at the Oregon City office!!...

I was referred to this location for an emergency procedure. I went there, in extreme pain, at the scheduled time, but due to a scheduling error I was not on the schedule for that day and time, but the office manager and dentist took me anyway and performed the procedure. The staff and doctor were extremely friendly, very helpful, very caring. Doctor Young was very helpful, he made sure I was very numb, told me everything he was doing, and the procedure was quick and painful. I would like to thank the doctor and staff at this location for their great service!

Dr. Young and staff are super cool. Way above and beyond...they genuinely care about helping you. Very compassionate. Cares about getting things done quickly to get you out of pain. Very understanding about anxiety issues. 4 of my family members go to him and there is a reason why. Oh, and no making you feel like a creep because you dont brush and floss regularly. No shaming, just help. Highly recommend!

Have been coming here for years. Have dealt with them running late and had to sit in the waiting room for over an hour, calling me almost every appointment to reschedule for one reason or another. Yet the one time I am late because a streetlight went out at a busy intersection, I'm less than 10 minutes late, they refuse to take my appt. Wow. Time to find a new dentist.
