I don't know if Consuelol is still there but she was always great to see. Anytime I come in I always get token care off. They make the dentist appointment worth coming too! Always a good laugh and I walk out with clean teeth

When I came for my initial visit I was only scheduled for X-Rays & exam but they were able to fit my cleaning as well. Also for second visit I got fillings which I often dread but they are true to there name...GENTLE. DR.Reddy & April and whole staff were awesome. Thanks!

Had an appointment with Gentle Dental last week, and now I'm wondering how I managed to do it. I have been calling this location over the past week, have left multiple messages, and have yet to receive a single call back. Not only have they made it impossible for me to reach out about questions regarding my care, but I now can't even get them to answer the phone to get my paperwork transferred to another dentist. Looks like I'll be making a 30 minute drive sometime soon to get this done and out of the way for something that could have been a 5 minute phone call. If you're looking for a dentist that picks up the phone when you need to make an appointment, I recommend looking elsewhere.

They did get me in for an emergency which I am grateful for but since then trying to get in touch with the staff has been awful. I wanted to switch to this place as my regular dental office. After my emergency visit they said they had to check back with me after hearing from my insurance. They never called. I never got anything in the mail like I was told. I called twice since then and both times was told they needed to resubmit the info and I would hear back in 2 weeks. Never did. Left a voicemail earlier this week. No call back. Don't waste your time here.

Staff is very professional and gentle. Two cleanings and one crown pain free. I am very happy I gave them a try.

I had experience to have Dr. Hall to perform my cosmetic dental work. Dr. Hall explain all procedures while doing my work. I have a beautiful smile after the process. Dr. Hall is definitely the one to perform all dental procedures. Thank you

Set up an emergency appointment for a broken tooth. Called Friday got an appointment Monday. The lady takes all of my information and says we are good to go. About an hour and a half before my appointment time on Monday they call me saying they don't accept my insurance even though my insurance has their doctor on a list of approved dentists. Unbelievably unprofessional and an embarrassment to all healthcare

It was my granddaughter's first dental check up. Her hygienist , Consuelo made her feel safe by being friendly, caring and keeping us informed of the next steps during the exam. Also, my granddaughter trusted her hygienist Consuelo , because she introduced her to all of the tools she used before actually using them. Consuelo, went over proper brushing with us and I left feeling relieved that my granddaughter not only got an awesome first dental exam,but she has a true understanding of her dental care and had a wonderful experience. Went in with a toothache, instead of repairing the tooth the dentist opted to extract it. During the extraction they accidentally knocked of my crown next to it. They glued my crown back on and stated that if it happened to fall off again they would take care of it. Called yesterday to have it taken care of and they wanted me to pay for their mistake.

I love this Dentist I have been going here since about 2016, all three of my children attend. However, specifically speaking in regards to Mrs Consuelo she is an awesome dental hygienist and the best with kids that I have seen yet. She is loving, caring and very gentle and patient with children she makes it such a great experience when it's my kids turn to get in the chair. In addition to that I highly recommend this Dentist for adults and if you are one with little ones this is the place to be. Overall great results.
