My cleaning was scheduled for 1:30pm, but I sat in the dentist chair until almost 2:30 before the hygienist came in. My cleaning lasted 10 min and was the most painful cleaning I've ever had in my life - I asked the hygienist several times to please be more gently. After I got home, I was upset to see my teeth still had plaque on them. I will NEVER get a cleaning at this office again.

I feel very safe here. Dr. In works very gently on me, and makes the experience less scary. I wouldn't trust anyone else. The staff are wonderful and very helpful!

Very happy with Gental Dental ! They are very friendly and everyone should understand that sometimes appointments take a bit longer than expected throwing the whole day off!

Waited a month for my appointment, got conformation by answering yes. When I arrived for my appointment, they had giving it away. That made me feel uncomfortable. I will not go back to gental dental!

I had an amazing experience with this practice. I was welcomed by friendly staff from the time I entered the facility and throughout my appointment. Dr. Lo was gentle and explained in detail what he proceeded to do. I am very satisfied that I have found a unique dental practice.

Had an appointment scheduled for 3 months they had my insurance info since i scheduled, i go in today they claim they called me 6 days ago to tell me they dont except my insurance which i have no call from them, wasted my whole work day.

Good but alittle to rough but whatever he did had to be done. Can't wait to have teeth. the staff front and back are very very kind ty for being so kind as I was a wreck.

I am a new patient to Gentle Dental as of this month & have been very happy thus far! Raven has been the dental assistant who I have had the pleasure of being greeted by each visit. She is always extremely friendly & her chair-side manor is exceptional. Dr. Andrew came up with a quick treatment plan to get the work done that I will need in a timely manner. Everyone from the front desk staff, as well as the entire clinical staff have all been pleasant. Even two of my young children who accompanied me have commented on the staffs team work! It is impressive to see great attitudes come together & genuinely work well with one another.

I got my teeth cleaned by the hygienist Sue and got my exam done by Dr. In . Best experience ever. Everyone were super nice and professional. 10/10 recommend .

The service is fine they do good work but if u have an emergancy they cant get u in most times for months so they expect u to wait that long in pain im sorry but thats not exceptable
