I visited the St Clair Shores office on 3/22. The Dr Ascano and his assistant Asia were great. They were patient and cared for me thoroughly. Office was clean and the staff was professional. I love this office. Update 11/7/22...I visited the office for a scheduled cleaning and Jean, the hygienist was great. I would definitely recommend anyone to her. The rest of the team was nice and professional. Great front office staff!

I have been taking my daughter here for about 3 years now. Friendly staff and we love Dr. Delgado she is amazing! Today we had a lovely assistant Damya Smiley. She did amazing with my daughter and my daughter liked her as well. Keep up the amazing work!

I have had several fillings in my life time with more than a few different dentists. I have to say, that after having two fillings replaced today was the least painful experience I have ever had. I kept waiting for that pain when the dentist hits the nerve, it never happened. The whole experience today was very, very positive. I would also like to add that from the front office, through the cleaning and then filling, every employee I have encountered seemed to put my comfort primary. I am so glad I listened to my dad and changed dentists!

Gentle Dental of St Clair Shores was absolutely amazing. The receptionist and staff was nice and professional. I arrived at my appointment time early and they were able to start my treatment early. The dentist and his assistant prep and completed my procedure without incident. Very professional and caring. Of course, I experienced a little pain from the dentist inserting the numbing needle in my gums but not bad at all. Gentle Dental, the title couldn't be more fitting and I highly recommend this place to my family and friends. Thanks again for not frightening me away. As this has been my past experiences with other dentist. I look forward to completing my dental needs with Gentle Dental of St Clair Shores.

Dr. Ascano is the most professional and caring dentist I have ever had. I have a huge fear of the dentist especially when it comes to fillings and root canals but I am not nervous whenever he works on my teeth and the techs are just as wonderful. Everyone is so nice here. This will be my permanent dentist office from here on out.

Dr. Ascano is an amazingly skilled and compassionate provider. I've been his patient for about 8 years now, and I would never consider going to anyone else. Almost 2 years ago, I moved (somewhat) inconveniently far in comparison to his office.... well, I still make the drive (most recently today) and never do I regret it. I'll make the drive every time! His empathy, chair-side mannerism, and unquestionable expertise are unmatched. Also, I must give a worthy (deserved) shout to his awesome staff... especially Donna! Y'all are the best. Thanks for all you do!

The hygienist named Rashida was very kind and gentle, yet firm enough to do a thorough job at scaling my teeth. She went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. I appreciate her time, effort and concern spent making sure my smile stay as nice as it has always been!

UNSANITARY to say the least...Dusty, Dirty and they are SLOW!! Appt was for 10am for my 3 yr old. We left at 10:30am, had to ask for my ID and insurance card back, never filled out paperwork! Inconsiderate!!!

Dr Jordi is amazing! I'm so happy I found a dentist that is caring, kind, actually gentle!!!! Thank you for working with me as hard as you have to bring my smile back . I've even recommended my mother to go there and she LOVES Jordi as well. Much love from the Stoll family

I love this place , my daughter and neices were so scared to go to dentist and the staff was so friendly , quick we've never waited long , very clean and we love Ashley !!!! I recommend this place to anyone with kids they are great !!!

I took my daughter here to establish care and the staff was absolutely amazing. She is only 5, so of course she was a tad nervous, but Ashlie and Dr.Jordi made her feel so comfortable! Ashlie was so kind and even let her pick out a toy from their "treasure chest!" We will definitely become established patients here. Thankyou gentle dental!

Gentle Dental was sufficient, efficient, professional, and very comforting. My 1st visit was a few days ago I was very nervous at first because for years it usually takes 2 shots to numb me but it was only one shot with Gentle Dental they have what I call a one shot Sure Shot and I was numb and shortly after they were done and I was out the door. Thanks Gentle Dental for being so gentle.

Gentle Dental is always great. They are trustworthy and reasonable. I have never had any issues with them on ANYTHING. If you have any procedures they will explain every step of the way on what is going on. I highly recommend them to anybody that need to see a dentist....I just wish they were closer, but nonetheless it's worth every trip!
