I've always had a great experience at Gentle Dental! I've never had to wait long for an appointment, and they're always willing to see me sooner if there's an emergency. The staff is always very friendly and professional. Dr. O'brien is very thorough with her treatment plans and has gone above and beyond to ensure my teeth are perfect! Highly recommend!

I was pleased with all the services rendered. However I would prefer that a dentist do all of the crown preparation. The dental assistant put the temporary crown on my buildup but it wasn't secure and this was found out by the hygienist when she was treating it for the bacteria in the pocket of the gum of that tooth.

First adult dental office I've been to for some time. Everyone there seem very easygoing/approachable/friendly. Front desk persons were helpful from check in to check out. Had a cleaning done with hygienist. They were very thorough. Provided information about caring for teeth. They weren't rough. Pleased with results. Hopefully in 6 months it's the same. Dentist was great. Very funny person too. When I say that, I'm not even kidding. Made the experience all the better. Overall it was a good experience. Will be recommending this practice if anyone ever asks. Things to know: Your insurance may not cover the fluoride treatment (or only partially). Don't be more than 10 minutes late to your appointment. It's wheelchair accessible. Parking is abundant. Masks worn by staff & provided. Clean facilities. - Chelsea

The staff from the front to the back are very friendly, professional and caring. I love going and with the personality of the environment it makes the journey positive. I have no desire to go anywhere else. Natalie is so on point I make sure my teeth are in order before I get in her chair!!! Dr O'Brien is the BEST!!! A wonderful team who is very carrying!!!

Go elsewhere. -I went in for a cleaning but all they did was a checkup and X-rays and told me cleanings are scheduled 6 months in advance so I had to come back. I have never in my life had to have 2 separate dental appointments for checkup/cleaning. -I went back for the cleaning and was told about fluoride and mouth cancer screening. I asked if it was part of my cleaning, they said yes. Then they asked me to sign a consent form for treatment. I go to check out and they tell me I owe $70 b/c insurance doesn't cover fluoride for adults or the cancer screening. So I just got scammed. Never in 30+ years have I experienced anything like this. I bet the positive reviews are paid for or fake!

Highly recommended! I'm always taken back right away for my scheduled appointments. All treatment is explained to me thoroughly. Office is very clean and all of the staff makes you feel at ease and relaxed during my visits.

Love everyone at Gentle Dental!! I've had terrible experiences at the dentist before but the Dr.O'Brien and Natalie went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.

Everyone here is just great to work with. They are straightforward in their assessments and with what things will cost. Natalie is AMAZING. at her job. I trust her implicitly and leave always feeling confident in what I have had done.

The dentist was very thorough and kind, as was the assistant also. Even the billing assistant behind the desk was very nice. "Bedside manner," as well as good, thorough work means everything to a patient. It helps to make a visit to the dentist so much less stressful!
