First of all I don't go anywhere unless I read the reviews & let me add that they were all mostly great reviews like 95 % good . I went in this office for a consultation first to see what all needs to be done on my teeth . Let me tell you I am so pleased !!! They explained everything nice & thorough . They were so caring for my needs . The office looked nice clean & big waiting room . Robin was so nice Debi was too & of course the dentist herself came in checked me was also very nice. Thank goodness I found this office . Lastly they're only a mile away from where I live which is a bonus !

Scamers and the orthodontist her name Delgado i think did mistake to my son teeth and she wants to charge me again on something she should know about it as a dr . How can o tell what's going ? Who is the dr ? Who should be responsible? And at the beginning of the treatment she was so sweet then after we paid for full treatment and she did horrible on the end she wants to charge us for her messed up. Not just that the sweet dr turn to a rude dont recommend this office at all they charge me 4000 on my son treatment and they didn't finish and they want us to pay extra for their horrible orthodontist.

Old horrible office they make appointments from their heads without me and my family knowing . Rude customer service both warren office and shelby . Definitely not going again found better dentist than them horrible company only care about money not how satisfied is the patient?

The best dentist I've been to in a very long time. Who likes going to the dentist for dental work? Not very many people, but if you do this is the place to go. Very impressed and all the employees from Dr Bishara, Jackie and the dental hygienist are all so friendly and just want you to be comfortable. I appreciated that a lot. They really care about what they do and it shows. I've already recommended so many people and will continue to do so. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Very spacious clean office with a large seating/waiting area. Everyone in this clinic are very nice and professional. I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment and I didn't have to wait, as soon as the paperwork was complete, hygienist Jackie welcomed me with a smile to a clean room. Dr. Bishara and hygienist Jackie, Debbie all look at the condition of teeth. They are very organized in patients care, after initial findings from x-rays, and physical conditions of teeth, they came up with the plan and explained to me what need to be done and how they would do it and how much insurance going to cover etc.On my 2nd visit Dr. Bishara and Jackie was amazing and done a great for my dental filling. I recommend this Gentle Dental office and their staff member for their services. Keep up the good work and make other smile.

Had to change dentists due to change in insurance. I was pretty nervous, but turns out I didn't need to be. The dentist is kind and very thorough. The dental assistant and the hygienist are super friendly. They make you feel at ease and take plenty of time to make sure you are comfortable. So happy I found them.

The staff and doctors here are so nice! They always make sure I'm comfortable and take care of me, as someone who's very scared of the dentist I'm confident when I say they do the best job here!

Honest to God, I had to leave a review after the experienced i had today. Today was the day, the day I dreaded for 1.5 years. I finally was able to bring myself in and get my tooth pulled because of the amount of pain I was feeling. I was genuinely so nervous and so scared that even the night before my stomach was in knots. My blood pressure remained perfect the whole hour that I was there. I had my bottom left molar tooth removed. When they started raising the chair to begin, I started sweating and crying and my anxiety was full force and my worry was even more. The nurse that was helping got me a peanut butter bar and some water and I ate that and they assured me I was ok and everything would be okay so I was able to calm down then we tried again to start over. Now I was high in the chair and my nurse with 45 years experience and my well educated and very experienced dentist. She held my hand during the the operation and let me squeeze ot to help calm me.. my dentist Maha was so calming and quiet and she asked me what I felt every 10 seconds to assure I was comfortable and not in pain. She took better care of me than any dentist I have been to in my life. Not only was she so kind, helpful, experienced, knowledgeable, compassionate and sympathetic. I appreciate this professionalism and will refer all of my friends and family to this practice. Thank you for taking care of me to one of the scariest times that I panic about. You guys helped me see teeth surgery or teeth work isn't as bad as I have had it in my head or what I have experienced from other dental settings. BEST DENTIST. BEST STAFF. CLEAN FACILITY. THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOU. #1

Like someone else said, not compassionate. I know my dental problems are my fault but being a little nicer isn't asking for much. The rest of the staff is great. Just wasn't a fan of the dentist. Also, I had an infection and only recieved 2 pain pills. The pain was bad. The antibiotics did clear it up. She said it would be bad mixed with my medication after I said tramadol can't be used because of my antidepressants, totally different medication (vicodin can be used). . A little look up, and no it's not an interaction. I've been given it plenty of times before for surgeries and what not so that was bs. I go to comfort dentistry. The dentist is very nice.

What an incredible place!! Our previous dentist closed their doors due to covid, and we were nervous about finding a place that was as kind and helpful. Well we have DEFINITELY found our new place! My 10yr even loves going to the dentist now!! Couldn't be happier

Called over a week before to get an appointment. They told me I had to call back after I'm off my blood thinners. I called back told them I was off the thinners and ready to come in she talks to the dentist she said she could do it. Then they call me back an hour later and cancel my appointment and tell me they won't pull my tooth because I'm a heart Patient. They knew all this before they set the appointment. They could have told me the week before I talked with them instead of having me wait and canceling on me. Very Unprofessional.

My old Dentist retired and I was looking for a new Dentist and have had a wonderful experience with all the staff at the Shelby office. I have needed a lot of work and they have been very co-operative and flexible in meeting my difficult and ever changing work schedule... thank you to all at the Shelby office you are blessing to me

I got my filling done. I was very scared from the shot. Dr. Bishara and Jackie made me feel very comfortable. Dr.Bishara has magical hands. I did not feel the shot. Jackie was very supportive too. I had cleaning done last month by Debbie. She was also too good. Gentle Dental has a great and Gentle team. Thank you to all.
