Insurance company, conducted and investigation in my case, cited a substandard level of care, and withdrew funds, my other financial institution followed suit, completely incompetent unprofessional services, they have there technicians conducting crown and denture placement that doesn't fit so they modify your teeth

Always a nice experience. Emily makes the visit just that, a nice visit. The name Gentle Dental fits. Must have made a few positive changes as the main office / receptionist desk were easy to talk with, explained everything about my payment along with insurance co payment.

As someone who has been in fear of the dentist for years with bad experiences at other places, I just have to say Dr. tamm puts all those fears to rest! Everyone has been so nice in this office. So happy with my experiences here!

Dr. Tamm and Frank are amazing, they made my "suprise" root canal painless and they were so kind through the whole process. Thank you just doesn't seem adequate enough for this dental team.

This was my first visit after moving to Potterville. Kim, the hygienist, was very thorough as she took all the exray, noted my history, and then was so gentle as she performed my cleaning. Thankfully, there were no issues for the dentist, Dr. Tam, to address. He did perform an examination and spent some time getting to know me. Overall this was pleasant experience and I am glad to have found Gentle Dental in Potterville.

As someone who does not care to go to the dentist, and hasn't been to the dentist in some decades, they made my experience super enjoyable. I was very satisfied with the care that they took in addressing my pain and letting me know exactly what they were going to do. My family now I'll have appointments with them.
