Run far far away from this place! I recently came in for an initial visit and was told I needed full x-rays. Upon examining the X-rays the dentist told me I had SEVEN cavities, including a crown that needed to be repaired. The dentist asked me how long it had been since my last visit and I told him it had been some time. He must have assumed that when I said "some time" I meant years so he thought he could pull the wool over my eyes, when actually it has been 9-10 months. When I asked him how that was possible (since at my last exam at a different dental office I had 0 cavities), he had no answer and insisted they were very deep cavities. When I received the out of pocket estimate (less insurance), it was almost $3K! I told him I needed to think on it and quickly made an appointment for a second opinion at another dentist office. Fast forward to today where I had my second opinion service and in fact have ONE cavity. Not SEVEN. I also learned that the average life expectancy for a crown is 10-20 years, and I've had mine for 6.5. To add insult to injury, my sole reason for making an appointment was for a cleaning. However, at the time of my appointment I was told they were fully booked for cleanings until MAY (could have been March, I can't 100% recall, but still a 6 month wait at a minimum!!) I highly suggest you stay away but if you don't, do yourself a favor and get a second opinion!

Great experience with Dr. Nached on the first phase of an implant. He was very attentive and made the process for a pretty intensive procedure (at least for me) less intimidating. I felt comfortable and that I was being cared for by a competent and experienced professional. His assistant, Ava was equally warm and attentive throughout the process. I couldn't be more pleased!

I have severe dental anxiety and avoid even cleanings. I have not had one since before the pandemic started. I had to make an appt a few months ago because I had a chipped tooth. The dr. was very patient and kind and gentle with me explaining everything he was doing. Today I went back for a cleaning and Jenny was amazing. I actually look forward to my next cleaning. Thank you for easing my dental anxiety.

Not a great dental practice. They are less careful in general. I always had pain in the mouth through cuts when they do the x-ray. Their quality of dental cleaning is below average.

Do not do it. Don't. I went for fillings, two appointments, and I didn't think about it and just paid for what I was told to pay for. As it turns out, there are different types of fillings and they gave me the more expensive kind. No one asked me at either one of my appointments what I wanted or explained any of this. Sure, maybe shame on me for paying and not asking but what the heck do I know?? Why would I know that there's a cheaper option?? Not to mention after the first filling appointment, I was numb as expected and something didn't feel right in my mouth. It wasn't until I got outside and could take off my mask and really feel my mouth that I realized that they left a piece of that spongey gauze stuff in my mouth. I had gone for my cleaning a couple weeks before and whoever cleaned me was rushing me like she needed to be somewhere else. She literally said "you're not going to have you see the doctor today, you have cavities" and sent me out the door before I could ask anything. Not anything about how many or anything, and in the past, I've always had the doctor use a tool that beeps over cavities to determine them but apparently she has magic cavity vision. Even if there's some way that she'd know, her attitude was terrible with me. The only reason why I went back was to finish that set of fillings, I will never ever go back there and am eagerly looking for a new dentist. I do not recommend them to anyone.

I have been treated at this office for many years and the care has been excellent. What I cannot understand is why I am being charged over $1,600 for two plastic trays made from impressions of my teeth. I understand that they are necessary to treat a condition that is not responding to the antibiotic s that usually are effective. This seems exorbitant in the extreme. How much work and manpower and technological equipment go into making two pieces of plastic? I do think that all the people who work at this office are very professional and compassionate. And I'm sure that they are not setting the prices. Is there a regulatory board that can protect consumers against what seems here to be price gouging? I am retired and live on rather meager retirement income. The best that they could do was tell me that I could make payments. It's still $1,600. I am very unhappy about this situation.

This place got me over my dental phobia. No joke. These people are the best. When I first went, I told them I had a serious phobia and because of that I hadn't been to the dentist in about 6 yrs. Everyone there is so considerate, gentle and kind. A+++

I'm new to the area and wanted to find a new dentist. Everywhere was backed up with appointments for 6 months +. I got an appointment at Gentle Dental within 3 days! I'm always nervous going to the dentist but the team at Gentle were so nice, and went out of their way to put me at ease. They were upfront about costs and treatment plans etc. Will definitely stick with them as my Dentist.

As I am General Surgeon, I can say that Dr. Nached's hands like Gods hands. I had complicated tooth decay and I broke my upper 2 premolar teeth in each sides. It was so complicated decay that went to nerves and I know that it was so hard to fix it. He meticulously deal with that approximately 2 hours on Saturday. Two weeks later he put my permenant crown which is very nice. His place is so nice and clean and staff and nurses are so kind, friendly and hardworking. They all explain each procedure, payments and etc. in details. I really appreciated Dr.Nached and his team. And I extremely recommend Gentle Dental.

Very pleasant, they go out of their way to make you comfortable. Competent and up front about cost vs health concerns regarding your teeth jaw and mouth system (in plain words). I appreciate their focus on my well being.

I had to have a tooth pulled and my regular dentist was not available. I was in a ton of pain. I had referrals to other oral surgeons who could not take me for a month. I was able to schedule an appointment only 2 days later with Gentle Dental. The staff could not have been more friendly. The office was clean and bright. Dr. Nached was kind and caring. He was awesome with the needle too. I literally barely felt anything. The tooth was out and I was relieved. I would recommend them to anyone!

Hate these guys. They performed a root canal on me over a 4 week span, and 4 weeks later my tooth is still tender/sore. I called them today to schedule an appointment to look at it. Not only did they they not answer but after calling 40+ times, I was either blocked or they disconnected the phone because every time I called after, it dropped immediately. Don't get any serious work done by them.

I was lucky to find this office after needing some dental work. They are very methodical in checking your mouth, catching things that my last dentist did not. They take their time, do many different angles of xrays and explain to you what needs to be done. Dr Nached has an easy touch and you can tell he is very experienced. The whole staff is great, very friendly and professional.
