Lying and trying to force people to spend money isn't the way to treat patients especially ones who keep telling you the same answer each time, no! Also it's no cool to have people hang up on patients either. The only good person there was the hygienist Toni, shes is a lovely person and she needs to find a office that will appreciate her!! I also used to think of that about the front desk lady too but this past year maybe year and a half shes been so negative. Two stars cause of toni

Growing up with parents who had an ice cream store made me scare scared of Dentists at a early age. I had a lot of cavities back then. I can proudly say my fear of seeing dentists are now over after seeing Dr. J. Not only she answered my questions patiently but she was very nice and spent a good amount making me understand what is best for my teeth. If you are seeing this review, book your next appointment with Dr. Jshah Also the staff were pretty friendly too.

Gentle dental is always call me remind me the day before and she do for me and she make sure I'm not pain . And she she call me when I have my teeth took out she do real good job thanks so much

Absolutely HORRIBLE stayed in there for a hour with NO AIR waiting to be called back just for the front desk lady to tell me I had to reschedule because SHE forgot to pull my chart when I came in and couldn't even give me a new appointment because of being too booked. Never going back

I've always had a wonderful experience at this dental office. My dentist is knowledgeable, cares and is respectful. I trust her suggestions and she ensures I know what's needed so I can make informed decisions. I don't feel like any social disparities exist with her services. For this I am truly grateful.
